My advice; treat it as a bacterial infection with antibiotic eye drops. Get them prescribed from your doctor. If it's viral it would go away on its own, but bacteria will not. If it persists after a course of AB eye drops it's probably going to be dry eye and you can treat that with moisturising eye drops.
And at the same time I have a sore, scratcht throat, trapped air in my shoulder, ear, and neck/throat that makes those areas hurt and difficult to eat/hear/keep balance. All during a cold.
Im here because i had an eye infection but just been told if i use my eyedrops for longer then 5 days i could get reinfected???? prescribed baring in mind one doctor told me i can use it for 7 days and the other doctor said i can use for for 10 days?!
