Sir all your videos are very knowledgeable for common people. Thank you sir 1) I have been suffering from stomach problem for more than 10 years. I have to go many times toilet for fresh. My motion generally comes loose with gas in morning and it continues till evening. 5 to 6 times a day. 4 times before 4 pm. Then it become normal.May be I am suffering from Mild diarriha. Also have gas problem. 2) Whenever I am in hurry like to catch bus or train or getting late or have fear like office call, before exam viva, suddenly stomach started paining and sudden urge to go for motion and my motion comes very loose. 3) Also After eating eating things, sudden urge comes to go for motion. Please suggest medicine according to my symptoms.

You had explained very well sir. My doctor is taking Rs. 550 for 3 to 4 minute and wasting our 1 to 2 hours for long que and give some tablets withouts explaing much more regarding IBS. His focus is only mediclinal treatment and making money and not to explain what exactely IBS. His written medicine will definately hepls but not cures 100%. You had explaided very well. I gess i have IBS because of only stress and fear.

Last 5 month ke lockdown me sab band tha is liye bahar ka kuch jyada khaya nahi bus ghar ka khana kha raha hu. Sabse important vo bathroom lagi hai aur bathroom jana hai iske upar sochna ka dyaan shift ho gaya aur har samay corona ke upar dyaan tha. To IBS ka khayal jab se man me khatam hua ye apne aap pareshaan karna kam ho gaya. Tension & Stress bhi lena kam kiya. Isse bahot fark pada hai. Mujhe last 3 months aisa lagta hai ki mai IBS se purely cure ho gaya vo bhi automatically bina medicine liye. Aaj kal jab kabhi bahar ka kuch khata hu to thoda bahot gadbad ho jata hai.. But pehle jaisa bathroom turant aur jor ki lagi hai waisa bilkul nahi hota. And ab bathroom ko control bhi kar sakte hai pehle control nahi hota tha jab thak bathroom nahi gaya. I think i am totally cure now without medicine.

Whatever you , everything has matched with me except one thing: i didn't have ever abdominal pain. I have alternatively diarrhoea and constipation, majorly constipation. I usually have stress about studies, emotional about issues, think a lot about petty things, fear of rejection. I've been suffering from this from last 4years. I went to CMC vellore and many other hospitals. All detected that I'm okay since my results are perfectly fine. At last one doc in TMH concluded that I've IBS and said I need to change my lifestyle habits, sleep diet etc, avoid milk gobhi, matar, pattagobhi, walk daily 30mins and follow his medications. But I'm confused because in diet I've to avoid maximum things so I'm getting weak and lean. How to gain strength and maintain healthy diet considering IBS. I can't digest eggs, butter, ghee which even my doctor said i can eat them. Please suggest me. I'm upset about this from long time, done a lot of research and don't want to depend heavily on allopathy, I've even tried homeopathy but not so good results. Your video has provided me a ray of hope. Please help me. Thank you.
