You can imprint Dinos if they are growing up but that's the only why to increase base stats that I know of. All other stats are set and increase depending on the situation. Wild stats scale differently then tamed dino stats. All base stats and scaling can be found on Dododex. Just scroll down while viewing any dino and it will show its base stats and scaling.
