Great POV shot of the Backflip at the Devil's Cylinder, called it that ,coz only the Devil leaves the roof off .Just to test the likes of you and me bro.✌️🔥🔥🔥
Thanks so much Brother 🤗. Congrats on your new K4s. If you ever start breaking chassis's, definitely have a look at the M2C Racing chassis brace 💪. It's a Killer direct fit durability upgrade.
@@richduperbash2966 Thanks for the info. I checked out your video on the M2C brace. Looks like a nice upgrade for the 4S. But yeah I am really impressed with the Kraton. I thought my rival MT10 was durable until I bought this beast. I laughed how many times you said how impressive the outcast is. U need to put a counter in the top corner of the screen 😉 keep up the good work rich 👌🏼
First video of yours I've watched and I subscribed before watching any vids cuz I've heard your name amongst me friends. After watching this video and a few other youtub influencers I'm sold on the outkast.. My brother has been insistent i get the kraton becuz I have a v5 6s kraton. That poor thing has seen better days... I want a stunt truck.. one that can backflip and do all the crazy shtufff I want it tooooo.
Wow Great Video Rich Duperbash. That was almost delusional Feeling you have gotten so good at that Skatepark Rock on man I bet that was so fun. Thanks allot for the great video and knowledge of The V2 ARRMA OUTCAST 4S.
Thanks so much Jason 😜. Indeed Brother, had a Blast getting out there again and was stoked to get Angie out there with me 😍. The V2 O4s is super impressive!!! 🍻😎💪👊👊
Wow Rich that was a serious skatepark bashing, epic actually. If that truck can take all that punishment then I'll have no problems I'm not the crazy hard basher you and your friends are. Can't wait to get mine!
Wow I just watched it earlier video of yours when your son was driving the arm Italian you mean there's two of you that could drive like that that's badass
Always enjoy your bashing sessions. Thanks for sharing all your feedback on the new Arrma 4s. Can’t wait to get my hands on some new 4s parts to beef up the Granite.
I bought a Vorteks (first time Arrma owner), fell in love with it, picked up an Infraction 3s two days ago, my first real onroad RC, fell in love with it also, been eyeing this model, and yeah, this video just showed me that I 100000000000% need this model next
Footage of the year right there . Right when it's going over the semi full pipe( or whatever it's called lol) with the on board footage. It was seriously awesome. The entire session was smooth and great to watch. I can't get over how much it takes. I don't think there's much more unforgiving as cement lol. There really is so much about these new 4s that I love and are gonna make me purchase one lol. Glad your daughter got to go with you n have fun. Do any of your kids still like to run rc? My oldest did and basically doesn't anymore lol. Thanks for such a great video man . So awesome 🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻
Thanks so much Nick 😜!!! Sorry for the late reply. Out of town with family again 😍. Rollercoasters and sight seeing in full effect 😱😂. So impressed by this 4s Brother. Stoked Angie came out with me to the park 🥰🥰. My kids are 15 and 16 and don't RC with me often anymore 😝. They like it, but friends and other interests win out. Really appreciate it Brother 🍻😎💪👊👊
You can't beat an all-plastic lightweight rig in a skate park. The 4s Outcast is perfect for that. I bought a 3s Typhon roller from eBay and trugified on 4s just for the skate park. This was the best driving I've ever seen with an RC car. Sometimes I think you shrink like the Antman and you're driving from the front seat of the Outcast. That's the only way I can make sense of your insane driving, lol.
Your driving is amazing. These companies should be hiring you to drive their cars and demonstrate them like you did with the Outcast. This video alone makes me want to go buy one. Good thing I'm out of money right now from buying too many OTHER RCs. :)
Thanks so much Rob 🤗. Horizon did send me the truck to demo and for that I am honored and grateful. It's a great platform and super capable out of the box. 🍻😎💪👊👊
Good grief man, it seems you keep improving your air control! Don't get me wrong, your early vids were off the charts good. I know you used to skate and freestyle but this is just amazing to watch! You never disappoint! Outcast- cam was a great addition, showed how smooth it moves through the air. Definitely putting your vids on the shop screen, when these 4s trucks hit the floor they will fly out the door! You are a genuine asset to not just Arrma but the hobby as a whole. I don't give a rip if you get these trucks sent to you, they should be sending you multiples of the whole lineup and then some! How your channel doesn't get more subscribers is beyond me! Keep on posting, always get my attention when you're in the feed! Take care!
Thank you so very much for the kind words Brother 🤗. Absolutely LOVE the hobby, the tuning, wrenching, and doing mods. Still a much needed stress reliever. Still do it just for fun and good times. I never ask for trucks...etc..but am definitely grateful if it happens. Going back several years, I remember declining the Senton 3s because I wasn't that interested and skeptical. They sent me the truck anyways and it turned out to be mad fun and Crazy tough 👀. Truly opened my eyes to this platform. 🍻😎💪👊👊
Wanted this truck since it came out. Checked out your videos on it and even though l really can't afford to do it at the moment l just went out and bought it. Brought it out today for the first time in the excavation pit by my house l had a blast super impressed with the truck. Arma improvements are excellent the only thing l wish they would of changed was the plastic ball ends on the rods they put on their trucks. I switched them out to Traxxas rod ends on my big rock. Going to do it on my outcast as well. Looks like the Traxxas e Revo 2.0s will work. Anyway your influence definitely helped me make my decision to get the truck so glad I did. Been watching your videos for years. Your an amazing trigger man.
Thanks so very much Mark 🤗. So stoked to hear you're digging the the V2!!! So many nice updates. I still haven't had to touch the slipper 👀. Appreciate the tip with the ball ends and the nice words Brother. Happy bashing as always my friend.🍻😎💪👊👊
@@Schmidt3850 sorry I just saw this Brother 👀. I haven't tuned mine yet, but would caution not to go crazy heavy. The driveshafts will last longer with easier side to side diff action. Maybe a little heavier front vs rear.
@@richduperbash2966 l live in Florida and the atmosphere is a lot different from where you are. You can cut the air with a knife the humidity is so bad my outcast runs hot 🔥 with the 15t pinion but I love the performance of the truck so I don't want to change it going to put 30,000 in the rear and 100,000 in the front see how that goes. Gotta slow down the wheel rotation a bit or l am going to burn up my motor. The internal diff bearing came out in three pieces when I took it apart so I am glad l did it when I did. You think that's too heavy?
I can't wait til these are available!! They seem to take a 👊👊👊. Great Video Rich!!! Your driving is on point as usual!!!! But you did manage to sneak in some durability testing!! Suspension looked great in the on board footage. Awesome to watch you drive Rich. Look forward to your next video!! 💯💯😀😀
Thanks so very much Chad 😜. She took some Nasty hits once again 👀. Stoked that the onboard footage turned out. Usually the camera goes flying off 😂🚀🚀😎💪👊👊
That is some major Skill-set you have my friend..... you definitely have major talent running the S**t outta that little beast...my problem is if I attempted any of those moves.... I'd have some major wrenching to do for sure..... thanks for sharing .....☮===.>Out !! 👍🏼
Its like Eddie Fiola "King of the Vert!" Double back flip in full rotation! 2040 are gonna LOVE this! I don't feel like I need the Kraton anymore after seeing the two new 4S rigs and the fact that I already have the serpent truggy and Mugen truggy as well as the 6s Talion. I think the 4s line will only need a center diff in the future to be the best Summer skate park bashers. I can't wait to see if the new 4s shocks are as amazing as the 6s shocks. If I had that skatepark near me I would practically live there! FDR in Philadelphia is as good or better but the element of danger is too risky! 😱 😂 😢
I ran into Eddie Fiola in the mid 80's at the pipeline skatepark in southern California 😱. Was on a skate trip with 3 of my buddies and Eddie pulled up with his bike in the back of a red convertible. Dude doing fence plants and huge airs way beyond everyone for the time except maybe Mike Dominguez 👀. Super cool guy too. I'd strongly consider a stunter for variety if you're set with killer truggys already. 🍻😎💪👊👊
@@richduperbash2966 Mike Dominguez! 😃 I had a copy of BMX plus around 88 or 89 and it featured MD with a half pipe in his backyard and a Porsche all from BMX!!! 😂 😃 My Stunt trucks as of now are the 6s Outcast, Team Redcat MT10E, Kaiju and Granite... And of course the 6s Typhon!!! 👊 The 4s Outcast just seems perfect though! I miss Southern California and am thinking of moving back. San Diego Maybe... Huntington Beach was way too expensive... although, about 15 years ago there were still some pretty reasonable areas just outside of LA... Like maybe Riverside.
Thank you Brother 🤗. Rodney was ahead of his time genius. He never tried to be cool, just skated like a madman late into the night practicing and creating, writing the creative chapters that forever changed skateboarding. 🍻😎💪👊👊
Just went to the skate park in a bowl for the first time the other day. Man what a blast but I bent both rear shocks 😂 Is there a shock upgrade you would recommend Rich? You’re a sick driver brother
The ARRMA Outcast 6s shocks are a direct fit on the V2 O4s. Just need some Axial shock bushings. I'll try and link you to them. Axial Silicone Shock Bushing 7.5x8mm (6), AXIC1356 a.co/d/3rKiXtG
Just finished it up dude you’re definitely the king of the skate parks I know I say that a lot but just simply stating the truth that onboard footage at the end was perfect definitely can see the suspension working awesome on that 4s Outcast thanks for sharing bro👍🤩💪👊
@@AldoLoyal thanks so very much Brother Aldo 😜!!! Sorry for the late reply. Still at Great America in Santa Clara dealing with a different kind of vertical and loop madness with the family 😱😍. So glad the camera stayed put for the onboard footage 👀. Really gives a unique perspective about the trucks inner workings. So impressed with this new version. Truly appreciate the kind words my friend 🤗🚀🚀🍻😎💪👊👊
Damn ! Hope you're well ol' RC brother. This trick little truck got my attention..... And I see your driving finesse is mighty polished 👌as always ! Cheers for the videos.... Always awesome 🤜🤛...Paul
Man this spot is a place dreams are made. I have to live almost in bfe with skate parks here is just 1 quarter ramp and a rail and call it a skate park 😨
Another EPIC skatepark bash with the V2 4s Outcast Bro Rich. Sucker keeps on going just a zombie 🤣. You're right Bro that damn thing is tough AF 💪. Arrma nailed it and improved where it's needed. I'm impressed with it overall bro.
Thanks so much Brother Chris 😜!!! So ultra impressed with this new V2 👀. She's taken some wicked hits her first 3 runs and has held together awesome!!! Hugs props to ARRMA for doing it right after a pretty long wait. 🍻🚀🚀😎💪👊👊
Dude I just snapped my outcast chasis yesterday. So I'm going to buy a new arrma outcast 4S. I was thinking about going with the kraton but idk. What is ur opoinin?? I know the first thing that I'm going to get is either a m2c or a custom rc chasis center brace.
I know it really comes natural to you as far as driving goes, but would you ever consider doing a tutorial for those that are looking to get as good as you driving wise? I had to learn the hard way....then again maybe that's the only way...
@@codnamerich I could try to do a driving tips vid sometime, but I think it boils down to practice and experimenting. Rig set-up is extremely important for me. Fortunately, the O4s is a great handler straight out of the box. 🍻
I noticed the chassis has a change. @7:45, those two holes in front of the power module have extra plastic. From the factory, those holes have no purpose. But milehighspeed in the Arrma forum says putting screws through those holes can reinforce the power module and prevent bent motor mount plates. Is the new chassis re-designed to better accommodate screws there?
The only way to truly prevent bent motor mount plates is to go 7075 and properly brace the plate like M2C Racing did with their 3-4s upgrade option. 🍻😎💪👊👊
@@richduperbash2966 Yes, I have an M2C motor plate. I was just wondering why the change in chassis design for holes that are not used in the factory setup.
Great video Rich! thanks as always. *Is* this a better value at $469 wnen the Notorious 6S V5 is frequently on sale right around $500? The difference is only $40, and the Notorious is available now. What do you think?
I was having that same question as you and I went with the 6s Notorious for the same price. It seems like the much better buy and I'm really impressed after unboxing it. That being said if you're using it mostly at the skatepark the lighter 4s might be a better option although the 6s ones handle the skate park pretty damn well.
Man I been looking at this outcast lately, hard choice! Debating wether I get this one or the sledge. I got the kraton 6s recently from your advice. What you think? I also like the Kraton 4s too. But is so hard to make up my mine.
These are tough choices Brother 🤗. The Sledge definitely is a costly option. Needs an M2C motor mount, chassis, and +6.5 hexes for full durability and wheel options. The Outcast is a totally different stunter than the longer truggy length rigs.
@@richduperbash2966 I plan on selling my upgraded and widened big rock one day and I'm definitely giving this a try! Hey Rich what is a good diff tune combo for notorious? And I've been told it's good to shim the ring gear side on the front and rear out the box? Any input always appreciated brotha! 🍻🍻
I'm running Mojave wheels, arms, and links on my Truggified Typhon XL 👍. Also has Kraton hubs and stub axels with M2C +5mm universal hexes. It's friggin awesome 😍!!!
I'm no where as popular as you. And never heard of you until today My buddy said my videos remind him of yours, nice skate park man. If you have the time come check out some of my skate park vids. We have tunnels both open and closed.
@@richduperbash2966 awesome bro, hope they bring a smile or at least some level of inspiration to your next projects, I'm binge watching your stuff now and thats whats happening to me haha. How have I not found you Until now, awesome stuff. 👏
It's just as fast sharing identical electronics, but turns sharper and stunts easier. The O4s is more challenging to bash at speed because of the shorter wheelbase. K4s gets the power down easier and is more stable all around. 😎💪👊👊
@@FarmerFpv I think if you're looking to run it solely at a skatepark I could see the question but if you're talking about all round running I think it would be crazy to go with the 4s over the 6s. I actually had that same decision and got the notorious last Sunday. Happy with my decision but to each their own for sure
