REASONS WHY THE ABOVE STUDIES ARE AS GOOD AS THE TASTE OF MY DOG's POOP:
1- The usage of untrained subjects is not a good subject choice, because newbie gains are so robust that it will mask the actual effect of the food and the truth will be undefined.
2- At the end of the study, few participants in soy and carb lost muscles, because of poor design calorie deficit or an unknown cause.
TIME TO FLIP THE GAME:
Soy is good for hypertrophy in both trained and untrained subjects and doesn't decrease testosterone (strong human studies👇)
