1- The usage of untrained subjects is not a good subject choice, because newbie gains are so robust that it will mask the actual effect of the food and the truth will be undefined.
2- At the end of the study, few participants in soy and carb lost muscles, because of poor design calorie deficit or an unknown cause.

nitesh didnt said anything wronmg he promoted sattu as a cheap and quality source of protein for those who cant afford also sattu when mixed with milk or dahi give complete amino acid profile like any lentil when combined with rice or chapati completes nutrient profile also sattu has many micro nutrients which whey doesnt provide and people start taking supplement capsule to decrease defieciency of those micro nutrients micro nutrients plays same role as protein in muscle development. so eat healthy, keep it simple
