Impressive and enticing review Alex. Ticks a lot of boxes. I'm all for compact T-shape phone connecting hardware such as this receiver, unlike the M1. Only issue with some T-shape hardware is they do not always accomodate for thicker phone cases thus not making a solid connection with the phone, but this C1 appears to have adequate length, going by the included length of the yellow riser. A transmission distance test would have been good to see too, although not critical for all situations. Be interesting to know what you used to further enhance the audio in post production, but I understand this can be personal preference. Still, terrific audio right out of the box.

That was a really nice review mate. Great review! Can i use this for my video calls for my pc and get the audio from the pc via the usb c of the transmaitter like by using a usb c to 3.5mm dongle?

Which wireless mic would you recommend for use with an ATEM mini - feeding into a mic port? This one? And, if so, how would you connect it. Alternatives?

Rode Wireless Go II is a good choice. Has 3.5mm output, and comes with the cable, so you can just plug it directly into the ATEM

please help. the other mic of my m1 duo went missing. can I replace it with m1 solo's mic? or can it be synced with another m1 duo's mic?

Great video Alex - is the NR on these really that good? I'm starting an outdoor livestream in the next few weeks and if the noise reduction is that solid, it would be HUGE for me. I get a ton of wind daily and if I could knock 80-90% of that out, I'd be in great shape. I have the Rode Wireless Go II and DJI MIC, but they each have their faults.

Hey Pete, I was actually really impressed with the mics out doors. If you skip to the audio test section of this video, you’ll see I do a test on a boat. That had the NR setting turned to strong and there is no post processing on that audio. So that’s what it would sound like in a live stream. Worth noting that also didn’t have a mic windshield on it! So yeah, overall, I think it handles wind pretty well :) Hope this helps

I would disagree with your option of best for streaming mics. The best I've come across is made by Lectrosonic DSR-4. 4 channel Digital slot receiver. Broadcast industry standards audio. Programmable receiver. Made of CnC milled aluminum waterproof and coded transmitter as well. Starting price $4,449.00 You get what you pay for.

O_o I’ll just go sell a kidney or something…. (Though, I do agree with you that “you get what you pay for”, in most cases, and I’m sure the mic you recommended provides amazing quality. Yet, for 99% of the people viewing this video, a $100 mic budget isn’t going begrudge the limits this mic has compared to a $4,500 mic 😅)

Was this sponsored..? I'm a big fan Alex, but this review seemed suspect. You said nothing negative at all, not even mentioning the god awful white massive white printing on the front of it that is super distracting. Stuff like "HiFi quality" seemed weird. You repeated their claim of range as if it's fact, rather than saying something like "they claim a 650ft range" and then giving that a quick test. And then no mention of how it compares to the DJI or Rode equivalent products, which seems like a really relevant thing to mention. We want reviews that tell us about the bad things too please

It's so annoying that there has to be separate models for android. The separate model should be for Apple because they are the only reason why there has to be separate versions.
