I’m in a way glad I’m not the only one seeing those and it pains me to see the view people have of the church because to them it doesn’t fit the “social norm” but we’re all here to help inform the best we can!❤
Too true., I truely believe that some of us were preordained th join the church its our calling to prepare the world for the second coming. Thats why were buding so many temple s for the time when we can all have the cobenants we need for the eternities. So sad that the learning curve.. for some who leave the church. Is so far from the truth . If any prophet or member does wrong its between them and god.. If they leave the church because they want to fine but leave the church.. dont drag it along. Complaining all the way.. Love the gospel of JESUS christ. Grateful for the opportunity to repent do better. And have freedom to choose. 😎💤💤night god bless..
If no one has played the davy jones theme on this beast I don't know what they are thinking. It's the first thing any sane person would do upon entering it's view.
I am so grateful for the conference center, for the performances they make on General Conference as well as other times through out the year and just have a good time music is so inspirational and I am amazed about how much creativity is still happening
I had a choir concert there. There was a Christmas tree right behind me that was poking my butt the entire time. Other than that it was a great experience.
I knew that one! When it was first built we were touring both the Tabernacle & the conference center & I asked about the pipes. The Tabernacle organ has pipes as tiny as kids pinky fingers
Sled? Couldn't figure out why they would stick a sled up there. Then I realized you were talking about a saucer...a snow saucer. I guess nowadays some people call them "saucer sleds". But the key word is still "saucer"... hence the roundness and orbness.
It most likely is I don’t believe there are any organs that are played regularly with wireless receivers They may have ports around the room to plug it in but not wireless.
I want to see the GA's cruising SLC in a custom Rolls with a smaller copy of this organ as the grill ! Another little known fact is the gold coatings on at least some of the organ pipes were applied by a specialty motorcycle exhaust-pipe company.
Another thing about the organ. Majority of those pipes on display are just dummies. Only some of the big tall pipes that you can see make noise. I know it’s that way in the tabernacle, idk about this building
Both organs have the same amount of keys on both consoles. Organ size goes ranks of pipes. The tabernacle organ has 206 ranks, the conference center organ has 130 ranks.
Yup. Jesus is our God and Savior, and Jesus' father is our Heavenly Father, the Most High God. Call it polytheism if you must, but Father and Jesus are two individuals joined together in power and purpose. That doesn't make them the same being nor interchangeable, just a Father and Son being about their business together.
@@hyrulejoe7825 I can provide sources... plenty of sources... all scientifically sourced and peer reviewed. But I think you know that deep down. If you want to believe in the BoM, great! But can you provide sources of its divine nature beyond, "I feel like its true"?
@@jaybravo2199 I can actually guarantee that none of your sources 100% confirm anything. Only theories. Fun fact, did you know that the Hopi Indians aren't native to the U.S.? And that they actually have, in their possession to this day, a set of stone tablets that detail their ancestors coming to this land in ships around 1500-1800 years ago? Interesting stuff when you know where to look and aren't just a sheep looking at one side of the argument. For I too was once VERY doubtful of certain claims, did my research EVERYWHERE I could and have read everything you've read, I'd be willing to bet.
@@uraniumu242 I can respect that... but what makes this "physical confirmation" of yours different than the rest of the worlds spiritual experiences? Are you supposing that your "physical confirmation" is different than the catholic nun who has dedicated her life to serving Christ, or the protestant preacher who has dedicated his life to preaching, or the child in rural Utah who believes that her polygamous marriage at age 14 was ordained of God? If you do believe your "physical confirmation" is different... how so?
