I built one of these because of the original video. I'm having a problem with the betafpv aio though keeps saying nogyro . I'm exchanging it with Amazon hopefully the new one works I really want to fly this .
Wait 🤔 what ?! Is it running fine on 2S ? BetaFPV website says the Motors won't spin smoothly on 2S Or is there a file which we need to flash to the ESC's ?
betafpv claimed that there will be a firmware fix. but they recently released a v2 version capable of 1-2s so it was probably a hardware design problem. but there are already plenty of 2s aio boards out there, so it doesn't bother me.
hey i finally got this to work and It's one of my favorite quads to fly in the front yard it's so quiet! but I just realized that Betaflight says "Device Ready No " under vtx settings Can you tell me what Betaflight settings you used for the vtx ?
@@Unboxingexperience7 I hooked it up to the same UART as you but i'm not sure which one that is ? I used the same vtx as you. I'm trying to figure out which port is that SA tab we soldered to ? I mean the vtx is working I can see video when I fly the quad but I can't change vtx settings in the osd can you ?
@@Unboxingexperience7 my bad I said "smart audio" cause the tab is labeled "SA" but I have it on Tramp irc (if it's the right port?) But yeah I still can't change any vtx settings in the osd and when i look under the video receiver tab it says "Device ready : No" on my other quads when the vtx is setup correctly it says "Device ready: yes" That's when i can load vtx tables and switch power output etc. I think I've been flying on 25mw this whole time lol . Don't get me wrong this is still one of my favorite quads . But if I can get 400mw of vtx power I would like that hahaha. I was really just wondering if you were having the same issue since I followed your video for the build?
@@Unboxingexperience7 It works ! 😁it was saying Device ready: No but I tried to change it in the osd and it worked anyway so I can get full power from the vtx now and it was on 25mw. Now I can turn it up and get better video quality . Anyway great video and thanks for making it I probably wouldn't have built it if you didn't make it look so easy. 👍
I finally built myself a 1s 3inch, but when I arm the quad, the motors don't do what they are supposed to. But when I test them in Betaflight they all turn normal. Do you know anything I could do?
But the motors are spinning? Does it flip? My guesses are wrong board alignment, wrong motor direction, wrong prop direction, wrong RC channel mapping or something similar
@@Unboxingexperience7 So motors, props, board alignment and channel assignment is correct. When I arm the quad, all motors turn normally, but when I give a little throttle, the quad gives an instant impulse and stops immediately. Weird
