The difference between Beterbiev and Smith, is when in close, Smith usually pummels his opponents and doesn’t really get hit. With Beterbiev, up close or afar, Smith will get hit. And then we can judge him. If he was drained at the weight fighting Canelo, he might do better against Beterbiev, but if he wasn’t and Canelo battered him, I expect Beterbiev to knock him out. Canelo got schooled by a boxer in Bivol. Beterbiev is a good boxer as well but a heavier puncher, so it’s not looking good. And stood next to each other, Beterbiev looks stocky and big. If he lands a few uppercuts and hooks, it’ll be over. Having said that, a few left hooks from Smith could make it interesting, however as long as Arthur Beterbiev is even 80% of what he has been over the years, I expect him to get the win in good fashion.

In boxing and at this level I wouldn’t count Callum smith out, but I do believe Beterbiev will take this win.
