The alias auto-fill feature is controlled in the creation kit under File/Preferences/Scripts/Property Prefixes/Alias auto-fill. Here you set if you want the fragment property alias to fill as "alias_" or " ...Alias" or whatever you want.

Could you cover off the scavaning quests, for example the Aster quest, where the player can hand her an aster and get caps?

Is there any chance you'd do the tutorial on how to do it via aliases? The only tut out there is by Seddon and it's quite hard to follow him, he's explaining too fast.

Say I wanted multiple enemies to be killed before the next stage can be set. How would I do that?

Depends on how exactly you want it to play out. If it's a series of specific enemies one after the other in a sequence, you could just use what you learned here and only update the objective after they completed all other stages. If it's a handful of enemies all at once, that will require a bit of scripting to accomplish. I'll be sure to cover it in the future in a video.
