This makes me smile so much! Even though I'm a proud FSU Seminole, I grew up going to Battle of the Bands in Orlando rooting for BCU (BCC back then). I love that the Noles got a taste of what this band can do!

Ana Hill I see I struck a nerve with what I'd said. I don't see what your problem is though. I have seen both bands play many times and both are good for different reasons. BC provide a much more exciting show but FSU are just objectively better instrumentalists. No need to get all pissy about it.

So you have to find some escuse to put them in a category or to give them some shine. "Well they dont shine here, but they are still better." BCC playing our FSU chant was NOT a diss. It was a shout out. I WAS THERE. I still have the video in my phone. We were ALL rocking out to BCC. Most of the people at FSU and FAMU are from Duval, Daytona, Miami, Naples, ect. It was respect towards FSU. All in all, we blew BCC out that game. But, there band out performed ours hands down.

Tia Davis it’s probably too late but don’t go just for the Band. Look at the school itself it’s accreditation and how the program you want to go in is able to get you into a good career. A lot of kids make that mistake and end up not doing so good after they graduate
