I have struggled with forgiveness my entire life, specifically since 2020 after major fallout. I have begged and begged and tried so hard to see how it could be possible to find forgiveness for someone who wasn’t sorry. I held so much hurt in my heart looking for a way to forgive. I even got to the point where I convinced myself I didn’t need to forgive anyone at all. I feel a lot of modern day teachings will tell women they don’t owe anyone forgiveness. All this does is leave you empty. Thank you both so much for bringing me to the light. I bought my first bible ever because of you two and am now attending church for the first time. You two have saved my life. Thank you Jesus.

I gave my life to Christ in 2016. I have been going through it. I am saved and blessed for everything Jesus has done for me. As of late I been having thoughts of not wanting to live anymore. Depression of wanting to end it. Hearing your testimony and this show helps me want to keep going to see what Jesus has in store for me. Thank you for boldly sharing your faith.

It’s so crazy the Lord put betrayal on your heart, as I have just been betrayed by someone I thought was the closest person to me! I’ve been struggling with this betrayal these last couple of weeks! 🙏🏼

My recent breakup was very hard for me. God sent for me through this man. He taught me about God, read the Bible to me, and after some time I started doing it on my own and fell in love with Jesus. But because I started gaining knowledge wisdom and understanding, we both realized that we would not be able to stay together. The love we had for each other was so strong. I prayed to God to keep us together if it was his will knowing that it wasn't. But, I also prayed for Him to break us up because I was not strong enough to do it myself. I thank God for sending for me even though I couldn't be with the one he sent to bring me back to Him. It's bitter sweet, but I am forever grateful because of the life I've gained, the mercy He has on me, and the grace He has given me.

I'm gonna be real for second. It is so refreshing to listen to two Godly women talk about this stuff. Especially after watching fresh&fit and the whatever podcast.

I am a believer and follower of Jesus since 1972... I have been a Christian Musician since 1978. I have lived a lot of life... I have seen victories, massive joyful times... and have made more mistakes than I want to remember... even in my 'advance' years... & listening to this podcast, I got choked up listening to this... Wow. This episode is so timely for me rn. I loved what I believe Angela mentioned - that Jesus himself was betrayed by his own disciples and how he allows us to experience betrayal as well to ultimately learn how to forgive and love just as he loves and forgives each of us every time we offend and betray him. Truly beautiful and humbling at the same time.

I have listened to so many podcast read so many verses, wrote in my journal and cried a thousand tears and pray every single day for 2 years. This conversation that I have listened to today over and over has opened up my heart in ways that I couldn’t even imagine. Betrayal by someone who was supposed to love and protect me has been so hard on me and so hard to forgive. Thank you ladies I really needed to hear this.

I can absolutely relate to this! I just came out of that same darkness bc of heartbreak. The obsessive, intrusive thoughts, I also felt like a dead person walking around. Thank you girls for everything. No one talks about just how much heartache can tear you apart. BUT GOD RESTORES!!! I would have never made it if God had not carried me through. I will never forget how God brought me out from that.

Just came across this channel. I plan to watch all the videos from the first to the recent ones. I can relate to you girls, I myself wasn’t brought up knowing the word of God. It hasn’t been 3 years that I have my life to Christ with my two boys. God has been transforming my life quicker than I have ever imagined and I’m so grateful. I have two boys 11 and 13 who I’m teaching them everything God is teaching me and reading them the word of God so that they could know who God is and have a relationship with Him. We love the Lord so much. Through out my journey I’ve learned that Christian’s are the most critics and I know God isn’t happy about that. Christians need to understand God is molding us everyday; including themselves. It’s a process just like a trees life cycle; First the seed, second germination, third sprout, fourth seeding, fifth tree, sixth tree with flowers, and lastly a tree with fruits. The fruits that we must all have; love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control all are the fruits of the spirit. I can’t wait to watch these two girls grow more and more in their walk with the Lord. God is so good to his loyal children.

I love your psalm 23 description. God has been bringing me to this passage over and over again this year which has been very hard. The last part about him preparing a table for us before our enemies meaning that God will exalt you over the people hurting you. WOW that gave me chills I stopped the video after you said Mike drop and it was at the 23rd second. God speaks to me using numbers corresponding to psalms all the time. Thanks for your channel. I remember many years ago while I was still single and a new Christian, God brought a gentleman I was with in campus my way. We got saved almost at the same time after living very ungodly lifestyles. We became best of friends and shared a roof. That friendship was so powerful... We served God together and even inspired each other to Godly marriages

I feel like there was a dynamic change between this video and the last. I almost cheered out loud when you started by pulling out the Word and reading instead of just kind of passing time with how you felt statements. Not just a little verse here or there like an empty motivational devo, but you actually brought a message forth. Interestingly, this felt close to home as Matt 26 was a passage we focused on for several weeks in our adult study mere weeks ago. An amazing section of the gospel story to see after years of walking with Jesus (not like we do in faith, but actually side by side with Him for 3 years) that one of the twelve still only calls him Rabbi (or teacher) while the others call Him Lord. The fruits of their beliefs played out beyond their betrayal and hiding too! Judas takes his life in despair, while Peter jumps out of the boat rushing to Jesus on the beach…and then, while not perfect, absolutely stands firm unto death in the end. This video has such a much more prepared feel to it. I sincerely pray you continue to hold yourselves to this standard, continue to read from the Word unashamedly, and stoke that adorable passion for Christ as you two move forward. I’m sure you will receive negative feedback, especially with a podcast proclaiming God, but always remember if you are speaking from the Word and not just emotional fluff that you are on the right path. Honestly assess the criticism, ignore false or hypocritical stuff, and then keep on spreading the good news. I continue to pray that you lean into the Word, and make sure anything you bring is rooted there. Be like the Bereans in Acts 17, filter ALL that you listen to through the Word to see that it is true. Great message, and yes, you could’ve probably looked straight into the camera, dropped the mic and walked.

39:17 I have always wanted to grow closer to God, but for some reason I had always put it to the side. I went through a completely dark time my last year of high school that has left me no choice other than to turn to God. I was/am very depressed because of the circumstance that I was in. This situation caused me to become betrayed, laughed at, and treated absolutely horribly which I completely dwelled on most nights. One night while I was scrolling on TikTok, my fyp completely took a switch. My fyp turned into people preaching about God and giving me advice that correlated with my situation. I stumbled across a clip of y’all’s podcast and decided to give it a listen. I noticed that there wasn’t too many episodes and come to see that y’all’s newest episode is about exactly what I went through. I love to hear you two talk as it definitely helps me get through my days. I am working on growing closer to God and taking y’all’s advice. These are definitely signs of Him wanting me to wake up. It is beautiful yet so amazing how it all works. I feel that this will be the best thing for me and change me for the better. Thank you for doing what you all are doing. I cant help but get emotional with the amount of signs.

I needed to watch this today. I had someone whose hurt me really bad.. well the other day they literally mocked my faith by saying don’t it talk about forgiveness in your Bible ? And I battled with that cuz in my head I forgave these people who really hurt me. But then watching this reminds me that family or not forgiveness isn’t for the other person it’s for ourselves. The only reason this person is even still in my life is because they are family and I have no choice but to see them. But I forgave them a long time ago for all the hurt or I’d be a very angry person. I really enjoyed this podcast because it showed me biblically what forgiveness is and also got to hear you two beautiful ladies take on forgiveness and how Jesus works through your lives through the betrayal 🙏🏼✨

He betrayed me and never apologized. I believed we would get married, have kids and live together. This is sadly no longer my reality. Ang and Ari, you are truly godly women and your faith journeys are inspiring to listen to, but I have to say, I only wish that you could comprehend what someone like me had to go through to find his way back into the light of Christ. The obstacles my illness places in my life everyday that I can only overcome by taking Jesus' hand. Yet even as I write this, I simply close my eyes and rest in His warm embrace and it feels like everything will be OK. I felt as though I needed to be seen, when I realized I was seen by the only one who really matters. All praise and glory to Him who saved me and saved the world! We love you Jesus!

Your message really spoke to me today. I have accumulated countless resentments over my long life and they still rise up to hurt me.

We are in "The last day's " ladies. Meaning the instability is quite high. Therefore betrayal is common across the board. Men at large are not mature or stable. I've known Christ for 57yrs. and have been gifted with insight regarding his word. And having been familiar with Christianity and false teaching. I see many evil things but God is greater. Difficult times for sure. A word of advice...dwell in Paul's teaching he has the greatest insight into Christ. :)

Wow... the tears i cried during this one. i have a feeling this was meant for me specifically and meant to show me that i needed to pray for emotioal healing because the emotions that came out were so unexpected they poured out through the duratio f the video and by the time i opened my eyes the video was in its last minute even tho i thought the tears lasted only a couple minutes this showed me i had hurt from a heartbreak and i literally had no idea it hurt me at all i really didnt think i'd pour out the emotion i did but you women have the spirit of God within you because i got exactly what I ve been needing from God so keep this up girls, I kept praying to God asking him what i needed not knowing what it was that was making me feel so empty and sad and healing ended up being what i needed and after me being triggered from just one sentence one of you said and all of a sudden i burst out crying uncontrollably im telling you it was crazy so this video really did it for me God bless you girls!

I’m going to be completely honest here. This was my first time watching your guys’ content, so I was a little on guard and judgmental at first. I stuck around and I am so glad I didn’t let any self righteousness get in the way because this podcast was INCREDIBLY HEALING and HELPFUL! Y’all put the word of God first and interweaved it through everything said. I see/hear God’s light shining through both of you. Thank you for sharing and having the courage to speak on these topics. I never really understood how to forgive. In my mind I thought, “Oh I’ll just say I forgive them,” but what came out of my mouth never aligned with my heart. I was still so angry towards a couple people in my life. This podcast encouraged me to pray earnestly and honestly to God about any unforgiveness I held onto. Very Heartfelt, Ladies.. All My Life, I've Dealt with 'Great Betrayals' - Parents, Friends, Ex Spouse, Partnerships, etc.. I actually dove into a Deep Depression, as a new Christian, at that time. My Soul was Vexed. Holding Grudges, Paralyzes oneself- GOD cannot work in your Life, with Unforgiveness!!! Many years later, My True Love for GOD, The HOLY GHOST, allowed Me to ask for Forgiveness, from All those that have Betrayed Me! It was then, n Only then, I felt the '1000 lb gorilla' stronghold, lift off from me. Forgiveness, is a Choice; No Matter the Severity.. In JESUS NAME

When I tell you, I CRIED and god healed me from something I’m going through when you guys were talking about god using the mess you’re going through to shape your character and make you more like Jesus…… Unbelievable. Thank you for doing this I hope you continue to put your heart into it and just be open and honest and genuine. There are so many women out there that need to hear this and can be healed in Jesus name. Love you guys I pray one day we can meet! 🤍
