As it should be. It is our jobs as DPS and tanks to make sure you're not mad at us. And keep you alive. But I'm pretty sure that comes with making sure you're not mad at us.
The most important party member in a prolonged outdoor situation is; in order: 1. Logistician. 2. Healer and Tank. 3. DPS. #1 and #2 are both essential for survival. Kicking them out of party? What a DUMB move!!!!
this is reminding me of the beast tamer anime where the MC was used to carry around all the team's supplies on top of recon and strategies and got kicked out. Then everyone side character that finds out is like "what are they fucking stupid?"
@@pforgottonsoul And he tamed dragon girl, fairies, neko-girl and magic fox girl and live his harem life.... MID anime, but why are scenes obout hero´s revenge so satisfying? xdd
MMO logic does not necessarily apply to fantasy worlds. Game development balance the roles, the author does not have to. The thing is in these stories, the MC is almost never the world's standard version of that role.
I would like to see an American MMO healer being isekai into a situation like this... "We don't need you healer-kun, we are pure dps power why you only heal" scumbag swordman hero. "What did you say to me you peasant?, shut up and go back to your place or will have to carry your intestines back to town. And that goes to all of you (Looks at the party) If i have to heal the archer again because she wanted to be more helpful and show support and getting agro from our tank we will be getting a new archer... After the current archer's funeral. Let's not forget the rogue." Say Chad White Mage with a sneer "W-we dont have a rogue anymore" says the flat chested 200 year old virgin elf archer "Yeah, exactly. Remember why" Chad MMO healer
10:38, Think this is wonderful. When he was drunk on his Alli's power he was So sure of himself, and now he cant beat a rank D monster he would have swatted like a fly before.
they do so well at their job that their party doesnt realize that how well they are being supported. They think its all about offence and forget about support
@@WildArmACFIn that case the healer should be like “Oh I’m useless? Okay go fight the boss of this dungeon and I’ll wait here, if you come back I will accept that you don’t need me.”
Dropping from S to F rank jist because you aren't in a squad anymore is by far one of the dumbest fantasy tropes. Like dude they aren't fucking rookies and s rank adventurers are so rare the first group to do it are called the hero party. One of those members have enough power to clap the entire guild!
But I think it's because the guild here is corrupt, and they want to penalize people who do out of a party or get kicked out. After all his former party, the leader said he he was trash. So the guild believes the party leader because the party is S, and as the leader, he should have an understanding of the party member's capabilities. I do agree that this seems a copy in many ways of the Shield Hero as others said. Especially the little elf girl turning into an attractive woman just from being healed?
@joimumu I think they were prejudiced by the S team leader badmouthing the protagonist. Their thought pattern may have been that we need to keep up our image and power rank and support the S team. The guy kicked out is just trash for the S Team Lead to do him. Maybe downgrading to the lowest, they thought he'll leave town and they could get rid of such worthless trash.
The team was S rank. Not each individual person being S rank. Like if your team S rank and you carry a beginner through a dungeon. Once they leave your team after, that doesn't make that individual person S rank. Also why the guild lady said he needs to be in a party so he's just stuck to low rank
It was mainly due to Azel bad mouthing him and giving him a negative reputation. So they only assumed he was useless and wasn't worth looking into the claims. Common anime trope to assume MC is weak when they are really not.
Just waiting on an Isekai where the adventurers try to fire a fan of Dirty Harry who just happened to try their hand at healing, waiting for a party with such audacity
Dragon hears a loud doom at his door comes out to investigate (Never do this stay yo ass inside people) he immediately gets jumped for no reason this kids are goons
What was the point of having him find a loli elf, only for her to become a big booba elf in the same chapter? Why not just have him find a big booba elf from the start?
A lot of people just don't appreciate support roles wether it's in games or in real life, when everything's going well they'll ask "why are they even here? They're not doing anything." And then ask the exact same question when things are going tits up. One quote perfectly sums up support roles, "When you do your job well, people around you won't know if you do anything at all."
Do these idiots not get how useful a information gatherer/healer is? a party cannot Survive very long without them they're just as if not more important than damage dealers.
All this "logic" coming from a former mad scientist trying to control the vex and Cosmic force. Sunderesh be the bane that won't just go away after one fight.
You zoomed in too much... Couldn't even read a great portion of what was on screen sometimes... Other than that it's a great recap, no times of calling a dude she or her.. nor calling a female he or him like the other recappers do 😑 so you're good in my book just for that lol
@@Hero-yu4om The first volume of Shield Hero (Light novel) is one of the best books I ever read. It got everything right. Yes, the author loses herself as time passes, and the story gets really boring by volume 13 (Raphtalia's home), but aside from the poor choice of using gaming mechanics, there's not a single thing to complain in the volume 1. The betrayal is very well paced (something very few of stories I read manage to get right), with many small hints that someone not paying attention may not see, Noafumi's change of personality is very well explained, as it was his acquisition of Raphtalia (out of necessity, not choice, something that other stories also don't get it right, they buy waifus, not slaves), their development with both healing each other culminating in that beautiful ending at the end of the first volume when Naofumi was sure Raphtalia would abandon him, as he exploited her, but she stays because of his kindness to her. Very beautiful. 10/10.
Getting shield hero vibes off this Loli randomly turns into a adult was she always a adult is see still a young child in the body of a adult this is problematic best case scenario your slightly better than ban
