Mad Dog makes a really good point. Typically, teams sometimes let their foot off the gas when playing a bad team. But now, with this streak, every team wants to avoid being the asterisk for which team ended the streak. And the next two games have the best and worst playing each other.

I’m a pistons fan. Lord have mercy on us Edit: They were getting out rebounded because Jalen Duren was out due to injury. If JD is in the game we dominate rebounding. Bojan was out for most of the games as a 3 point shooter. Those are factors as well. Just had to throw that in there to balance the analysis

Nah I grew up in Detroit. I’ve seen this squad have some of the best squads ever on the court. This is a proud franchise. I’m not going to dawg out on my team like that. Windy has a point, if Detroit wanted to tank, why would they hire and give Monty a $80m, 5 year contract, when they could have gone out and gotten a rookie or assistant coach for alot less.
