NOTE: The pack creator updates their modpacks SIGNIFICANTLY, so take this pack review with a grain of salt because he already updated it 3-4 times with new mods. This does give a general vibe for what the pack is but still, just a heads up.
Okay first off that would be cool, but they are guard VILLAGERS, villagers taking over villages is a pillagers' thing to do. Second, I think minecolonies and millenaire, along with ancient warfare 2 does something similar to that. I do have a series on 2 of the 3 mentioned within a modpack.
Hey, good review! It’s a great mix of entertaining and informative! My only gripe is that you had a little bit of misinfo about the Nether and End. A lot of the Nether and End biomes shown in this video that you claimed were from BetterNether and End respectively were actually from Biomes You’ll Go. (Alongside it’s hefty overworld biome lineup, BYG adds ~14 Nether biomes and ~9 end biomes.) Its nothing too big and barely detracts from the experience. Though sometimes it might fool people into getting betternether and thinking there’s a bug or something because they couldn’t find a glow stone forest.
@@TopothetopYT you showed both betternether and betterend along with byg. Its understandable to get them confused a lot they have similar styles (doesn’t help betterend makes variants for byg biomes if byg is co-installed)
Why do these videos never cover the 1 thing EVERYONE cares about… ITEMS. You need to cover the new weapons, charms, armor, tools… like that’s literally the only thing anyone cares about wtf are you doing
Im playing better mc 3 1.19.2 on forge but i cant seem to find the stoneholm village anywhere, do you know if they have it still or if its on any other better mc versions?
It seems like the mod creator stopped updating the mod beyond 1.18. If I did mention it in this video, I do apologize because I didn't realize it stopped at 1.18
That's a better Minecraft 2.0. they just copied me in my official better Minecraft mod. It adds lots of new mods, new bosses, new structures, new biomes, and basically changes the whole game. It gives you a new experience. It has lots of new armor, new storage and new bosses. The game has included but but it had it to include 33 mods, but one night made it into one mod. It only takes 1% of your space. That means also good, but it's very hard to find normal Minecraft biomes. That means those are insanely rare biomes because there's a lot of new things that I can't even say it all. I could say new storage a lot and new combat. It changes the sky and 3D Moon. That's it. Will not it. But there's a lot more. But thank you for downloading that mod. I'm on a different account. I'm not on the better Minecraft I'm not on the better MC account checking out my bedroom Minecraft 2.0 I just deleted 1.0 so I named this better Minecraft
Does anyone know if putting together the biomedyougo mod and better nether affects your world? because I think that both introduce new biomes to the dimensions and I don't know if that is good or bad for your World
I'm confused as to what you are trying to confirm..? Adding biomes to your world is perfectly normal and has been around since modding started out. If you update a pack to just now include these things, then the world will still be the same, however the main change is that in **UNEXPLORED** areas and chunks of the world, you will find these biomes.
I haven't touched mc for a long time. And never played with mods. Should I choose bettermc or all the mods as returning plkayer? It has been so long that effectivly everything is new to me. Even vanilla
what about the dimensions i have all the better minecraft versions and cant seem to find dragons, pets, new armour like featherite and dimensions like the everbright dimensions in suevs videos any ideas ?
Since 1.19 is new I would guess that those mods arent updated yet and will be added when they are (1.16.5 forge is the most finished better minecraft modpack)
Here is what I know/was told, I don't know the differences in the mod making process BUT I heard that fabric was WAY easier to optimize the mod that you are making, HOWEVER forge is the more popular version between the two. Really look into the differences for you to pick your poison with what mod you want to make. If you can't decide, then do both! You can do both and give that availability to people, and they will appreciate you for considering both at the same time.
I ddon't get it. Do I have to set up fabric and forge if I have the curseforge app to manage my mods? Is curseforge the same forge everyone talks about or is it something different.
curseforge is a place to get mods and download them, along with modpacks, resource packs, shader packs etc. Forge is the modloader, and fabric is a different modloader to forge, but forge is the one that is more well known for being around for the longest time.
one thing I dont know cuz I just started the game, do the iron golem farm works? cuz I saw clay golems but not iron, and i found like 5 6 vilages... and wtf they are sooooooooooooo difficult to find jeez
It should work, but at the same time its also kinda complicated, because if it does spawn in other golems (which I believe it does), then uh it won't be very efficient lol
There are many mods, plug-ins and add-ons that do this, but because of this, the name consistencies between mods are far from accurate. Falling Tree I think was a mod, Tree feller was a mod/plugin, and yeah idk the name for the 1.16.5 mod.
yeah this modpack creator tends to give some buggy modpack installations, if it doesn't work, then you can change the pack version to an older version! see if that works.
i have a question what is the mod that shows u the blocks and entity health cause i cant find out what it is iv only seen it in the better minecraft modpack
I have no idea what you are trying to say, the modpack is in 1.19, and I showed you the book that says that quests will evetually be added. Eventually they will update the quest book to give you quests.
So the Fabric and Forge versions have different mods in the modpack correct? Because certain mods like Alex's Mobs only work with Forge, unless Fabric is now compatible with Forge mods? I just ask cause I'd rather use Fabric-Sodium than Forge-Optifine but don't want to miss out on certain mods.
A couple of things, you don't need to use forge-optifine when you can use forge-magnesium or forge-rubidium, which is the sodium counterparts for forge. Next, the packs are VERY different. Majority of the biomes are the same, but the content is around 30% to 50% different, maybe more.
@@TopothetopYT Yes, I checked and made sure so many times. It says Better MC 1.19. It still says that even after I click on it but the game version and mods are all 1.12
okay, well a couple things then, first off does this actually matter? like if you can still play it then idk if there is a true game breaking issue. Second, download medieval MC and see if that is 1.12.2
