Welcome back to my channel! Today we are going to be making a delicious dessert that tastes just like Cinnabon, but with a twist. It's called It's that...shish Cinnabon. With some cream cheese frosting, you can't go wrong.

Here is the recipe!!
To make this, you will need the following ingredients:
1 cup milk
2 eggs room temperature
⅓ cup butter room temperature
4 - 4 ¼ cups bread flour (plus extra for rolling)
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup white sugar
1 package active instant dry yeast
Filling:
1 cup brown sugar packed
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
⅓ cup butter softened
Frosting/"The Sauce":
4 ounce cream cheese softened
¼ cup butter softened
1 ½ cups confectioners' sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Combine 2 cups of the flour and yeast in a large mixing bowl. In a saucepan, combine milk, butter, sugar, and salt over medium heat until temperature reaches 120 to 130°F (butter will be almost melted).
Add milk mixture to flour mixture along with eggs and mix well. Stir in as much of the flour as you can. it'll getting a little hard to do manually but trust me it's worth it! 😉
Place dough a floured surface and knead in as much of the remaining flour as possible. Push, Fold, Tuck and repeat until it is very smooth and elastic (this will take about 5-10 minutes).
Cover dough with oil or cooking spray and plastic wrap. Let rest covered for about 15 minute
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
Roll the dough into a 18x21-inch rectangle. Spread ⅓ cup butte on the dough and top with the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Starting with the long side, roll up dough so you have an 21" log.
Cut into 12 even rolls.
Grease a 9x13 with butter or olive oil pan and place the rolls in the pan.
Cover with plastic wrap or kitchen towel and let rise until nearly doubled, about 15 minutes Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400°F.
Bake rolls on the center rack about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
While the rolls are baking, combine cream cheese, ¼ cup butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract and salt with a mixer until fluffy.
Allow rolls to cool for about 10-15 minutes and spread frosting on warms rolls.

I just happened to stumble upon your channel when scanning through my feed one morning. This recipe for cinnamon rolls looks fabulous! May I make a suggestion? Instead of having the instructions printed out alongside the recipe as you make it, I would much rather listen to you talk us through it . That way you can give tips, or add additional information and we're not sidetracked by the music and can concentrate solely on your preparation of the dishes which looks so delicious. That crab stuffed shrimp oh my God yum! I am going to make that! Now I am from Ohio so some of the more Southern dishes are a little foreign to me, but the bread pudding, and these cinnamon rolls, and that shrimp look fabulous. I am going to follow your channel and I am glad I caught it as its just getting started. I so wish you the best of luck. You are a talented home cook, and I am glad that I don't live in your house because I would be 900 pounds.

I have been trying different recipes of cinnamon buns, yours's similar to what I make, BUT before I put them in the over, I pour heavy whipped cream over them, they come out moist and stay soft longer. I wish you stated how long you let the dough rise in both applications. Also, I turned off the music, not wild about the tune. Thanks for showing the video.. Kudo's 2 U..

Can i use all purpose flour? And do i have to let them rise after cutting the rolls?

hello, yes you can. it is best to let them rise more after cutting the rolls. It will allow the dough to spread and wont be easily dried out while baking
