Betty Boop and Grampy (1935) 

The Grampy ones were always my favorites

This is the first episode of betty boop that I ever saw :-)

I've been trying to find this for about 20 years! Fuck yeah!

Today I became a Grampy, Thanks to my daughter Holiday and her man Aaron: A 9&1\2 pound beautiful baby boy.

Are used to watch this cartoon when I was one years old or six month old but now I’m 78 and I miss this cartoon so much

Why don't we have cartoon like this again cuz today cartoon r getting stupid and boring

ITS AMAZING. Im 16 and my mother would buy me cartoon craze dvds. I was raised with these CARTOONS Not like the dumb one we have now!!!!!

I think we have probably upped your hits by quite a bit the last couple of weeks: my four year old has fallen in LOVE with old cartoons and she watches this almost every night. Thank you so much for posting this so I can share something with her that generations of my family have loved :)

Mmmmm, let's see, now: 2 of their guests were gonna be criminally liable, and 2 were going to be liable for willful destruction when they got back to work, and 'ol Grampy outlasted all of 'em on the dance floor, doin' the 'Charleston', the' Bunny Briggs', and the 'Tiger Rag'. Quite the Party Animal. I only wish I coulda been there to show 'em the 'Mashed Potato', and the 'HuckleBuck'. What a bunch of characters!

This has always been one of my favorite cartoons. The creativity and innocence truly makes it a classic as with most of the older toons. The lack of violence and aggression is more attractive to children than cartoon makers of today realize. Thanks for posting!!

I used to watch this every time I went to visit my grandpa, sure brings back some memories.

i watched this episode and other fleischer episode way back in 1990's, i miss the old days, and now im wishing for that old days to come back where my brother and i keep playing around and watching this, not today that he was battling for his life against his cancer. My heart is crying out loud.

Wish we were living in those types of days. No drama, no killing, no shooting, no violence, cussing, and you could let the kids walk anywhere they want without having to worry about them getting kidnapped or raped. Times have really changed. All because of that white van that one day. ( Ask your grandparents if you don't know or someone that has lived a long time.)
