This Short Subject was WAY ahead of its time.

I've seen this cartoon episode on VHS many times when I was a little kid. I knew it was kind of abusive as hell from what the farmer did to those poor animals and I couldn't stop laughing every time I see it but I never hurt the animals in real life. I love animals

They weren't afraid of being cancelled by some kids on Twitter back in the day, so yeah.

These showed kids the hard reality and truth. Sometimes a kid needs a little "eye-opener" in order to learn a lesson. A kid is less likely to learn if someone just tells them "don't hurt animals", they need to see what animals go throw to really understand. Obviously, this was for kids so it was simplified and less realistic but it still sent the message. (also, is no one gonna talk about betty just kissing him like that? _)

"Bosko's Store" (1932) has that, too. It doesn't end on a good note for Bosko. He gets put through the wringer a lot in about the last 2 mins. by a bratty cat who falls into a meat grinder before re-assembling himself.

No, I’m sure it’s people making these sounds with their mouth or instruments, for example in the episode of birds singing they used violin not real birds sounds so it must be similar in this episode
