Beyond words: Exercise Based Therapy (EBT) for young people 

Here I chat to fellow social worker Anthony Simons, the Director of Fit N Well, an Exercised Based Therapy (EBT) service located in Adelaide (Australia). As EBT is an area I didn't know much about, I was thrilled to speak to Anthony about the work that he does and what the alternatives are to traditional talk-therapy.
Anthony and I have both have previously worked as school counsellors and in this video we also discuss how the traditional talk therapy approach did not suit all students, particularly not many male students.
