Watching this again after seeing s2e3 and Benny seems super nervous answering the question about Cap's sexuality. Like, it was literally so beautiful and nuanced and so true to the character, not just in regards to the romantic element. He should be incredibly proud.
Ah yes, veeery soucy fanfiction *reads a fanfic about how Pat spends his day following a cat* *reads another about Julian trying to bake a cake for Alison* Ahhhh, the good stuff
@@hollyelizabethrose I think it would be actually bad for them to read the good fanfiction because it's a gateway to legal complications - if they were to use any specific ideas from the fanfiction. Neil Gaiman made that comment once, I think.
@@hollyelizabethrose right? I mean, maybe being a little bit older (31) is why I find real person fanfiction hard to understand, but I do think it crosses a line. These are real people, who are doing a job, there's no death of the author here.
I'm speechless. I have so many questions about this, like the Christmas special, and the potential musical episode??? Also the fact they know about the fanfics 😔
I already loved the first series, and binge-watched the second series last night, and boy did it step up a gear. Lots of back stories filled in (especially pleased to see Mary and the head being more to the fore-front), and a bit of forward plotting for the next series... there was a lot more depth to this series, I felt. Eagerly awaiting series Three ;)
Just binge watched series 2 on BBCi. Brilliant. It definitely surpassed series 1 and can't wait for series 3. Loved learning more of the ghosts' back stories. Great work, everyone xx
can't wait for this show to start streaming in the US! I anticipate lots of good stuff from this wonderful ensemble and creative team and of course, the talented and slightly effervescent (her technique is understated) Charlotte Ritchie!
Congrats Honey, I’m not sure if they answered mine or not, I know I did submit some that sound a bit similar to the questions they answered but I can’t remember 😂
I adore the ghost series absoulty love it ...its amazing funny great to watch love all characters especially robin and thomas but guy who plays mike how difficult is his job having to pretend no one around him pls pls say there is a series 3 and more the plague pit was utter genius
thank u for this! glad the six idiots/them there i suppose now, could come do another BFI chat with you even if virutally twas grand as always love y'all
When you get round to the third series do you think you could do a deal and partner up with the time team, you could use this episode to tell how the cave man died, everything the guy in the woolly jumpers says and guess what happened he could spoil with the true, you get what I mean. it would be funny.
They haven't. It's a TV show with ghosts in. Like "Being Human". Like "Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased)". Like "Ghost Whisperer". Like "So Haunt Me". Like "The Ghosts of Motley Hall". Like "Dead Gorgeous". etc etc. Next you'll be amazed that there's more than one show about hospitals. Still, well done you for being so aloof that you no longer deign to watch TV.
Is it possibly that Allison direct descendants from fanny biological child because in series one ep 1 Allison was on Fanny family tree. I have a theory what if Allison is the past life of girl that Thomas was deal with?
That you in the corner. When they were looking at the family tree. I don't know whether that was a REM refrains. The younger ones wouldn't understand if it was.
"a more playful script where everyone knows the established characters" sounds like they're complacent in their 2nd series. After all they could all retire after series 3! hope I'm wrong!
The 2nd season is better than the 1st & no doubt their 3rd season of the series will be even better... I can imagine this series running for 6 seasons...
How the hell does that sound “complacent”? Do you even know what that means?? I think any writers find their second season of a series easier in the sense that the characters are better known and they can take a few more risks, be a touch more playful.....that’s just a fact, not complacency
