There are some minor difference for "good" and "evil" Clerics.
Unfortunately, later in the dialog there are no differences or options for Shadowheart/followers of Shar (who would hate Lathander) or Ilmater (who is mentioned).
Could have something to do with the... complicated relationship we both have with our chosen Deities, but I doubt it.

*If this is because he is a player character or because of his chosen Deity I cannot tell. But as he can (and has to) endure a lot, it makes sense...
