The Cure 2 has a very good glide angle. The handling is good, the authority on the brakes enables the pilot to handle 75% of turbulent thermals. Not as sharp and direct in turbulence as the some C's but ok. A slight loss in canopy pressure in turbulent conditions even loaded, with little asymmetric closures that opens rapidly. Overall a good and comfortable C. The test is now written in my blog. at www.dustoftheuniverse.com

You beat me to it, Ziad! My review is still in the edit program. Nice choice of comparison glides, good to see the Cure2 is at the top of the C class. I think the outstanding aspect of the Cure2 is the feeling of flow in the air, really low workload combined with freedom of movement.

I flew the beside of Fusion a week ago on board of my Nova Mentor 3 with fresh trim. The Fusion owner was so suprised. He could not overtake me in da thermal and height. Interesting. Even on glide we had almost the same float.

In the comparison against the Mantra 5:21 the harnesses of the pilots are aligned differently. The Cure pilot has the nose of the harness slightly higher than the Mantra pilot and I wonder if this would cause a difference.

I also have a Delight 3, and compared to the Delight 2, I cant get the angle to be as nose down. I think it is because of the deeper seat. Kind of frustrating.

hi ziad, what do you think of going from summit xc4 to cure 2? is there a huge step compared to my B +? ( i have 150 hours with my summit xc4 and 3 years)

It would be fine. The Cure 2 requires more active pilot control. Try to be at the top weight of the size. Cheers

I fly a Qlight and the wing is superb...anyway From the video IMHO same glide but more speed for the Cure2, for what it matters ...

@@gattodario I try to review the Rook 3 soon if the weather permits, I expect Q-light style of handling. Of course less performance...:D
