Bgw-320 gateway install for att AT&T fiber internet. 

Same crap is happening to me. They didn’t have anything in my apartment. And now I have to wait for a technician to come 🤦🏽‍♂️

Not with out having the tools to run the fiber to the destination. You’ll have a better chance in running a cat5 line into the office. Or contact att and the will bill you to move it.

@@loncho311 hey on the for real of things. You’ll have to contact att and see if the tech has on in thier truck. Sometimes they do. And some don’t.

That plate in on the wall and it’s a self install where they already made the fiber connection end and now all you do is plug into it.

@bearmanguything-3507 you only need to remove the gateway and power supple. On the fiber line. Just grab hold of that sleeve and pull back on it out of the SFP. it will come out easily.
