Bhutte Ka Kees also known as Grated Corn Snack recipe is street food in Indore but is also made in Rajasthani households very often. Bhutan is a Hindi word also known corn-on-the-cob, Kees means Gratedor grind in Marathi .Bhutte ka kees recipe is high in fibre, a great source of antioxidants, and is also filled with many vitamins and minerals. Have it as an evening snack or even for breakfast.In this Monsoon try recipe of Bhutte Ka Kees which is an easy and delicious recipe you can cook for your tea time break, it's a perfect Tea Time Snack.Ready in 10-20 minutes(depends on the quantity)
Ingredients:
2 Sweet Corn Cobs
1 tsp ghee / Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 pinch Asafoetida /hing
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 inch piece Ginger (grated)
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 cup Milk
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 -2 tbsp Coconut (grated)
1 tsp Lemon Juice(optional)
1 -2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
