FOR UKADICHE MODAK
For Stuffing
1 tbsp Ghee /clarified butter
1 cup Coconut, grated
½ cup Jaggery
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
For Dough
1½ cup Water
A pinch Salt
1 tsp Ghee /clarified butter
1 cup Fine Rice flour
1 tbsp Ghee, घी
Other Ingredients
A pinch Saffron, soaked in milk
