How to make Rabri/Thick Sweet Malai : to top the ghewar
Milk -1 cup
Milk powder -1/4 cup(optional) make process faster
Sugar -4 tbsp
Cardamom Powder : 1/8 tsp
Nuts : to garnish
Sugar syrup for ghevar :
Sugar : 1cups
Water - 1/2 cup
Saffron - few strains(optional)
Orange Food Color - 1 pinch(optional)
For Ghewar :
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Ice Cubes - 3-4
Maida / Plain Flour - 1 cup
Besan / Gram Flour - 1 tbsp.
Water - 1liter
Lemon Juice - few drops
Ghee/Oil/Vanaspati : for deep frying
