Artist loft has very nice highlights . My favorite pen by far is energel by Pentel, the 0.5 tip. I have all gelocity and papermate inkjoy, but energels are soooooo good.

I love the Zebra mildliners! When I started creative bible journaling (which I found through you) I bought a mega pack of them. It came with 15 different colors. Walmart carries them and of course Amazon.

Which color pack is your favorite? All I have is the neon and I've been wanting get the "bright" pack! Is there a big difference in color vibrancy?

I think I will try a highlighting system. I've seen so many ladies do this. I have Sharpie Smearguard highlighters I got from Walmart. I didn't even know they made highlighters but l like them a lot

I limit my Bible pens to red, blue, green and rarely black. Symbols work best for me. I have a symbol that changes it’s meaning slightly depending on whether I use red or blue. I have to underline with blue when the text is red. I use highlighters in other books and my notes or journal. I highlight in my prayer journal as well. Too much color in my Bible districts me 😄 Thank you for the great video 🌺

I have a system I made for myself that I really like and I color-code. I don’t use any highlighters. My OCD can’t deal with the bleed through. Lol! I use map pencils. I just buy a few of those big packs during the back to school sales. 👍🏼☺️ I tried the zebra mild liners once and I did like them but they’re a little pricier and not as vibrant as I prefer. I appreciate the thoroughness of this video. You just about covered it all. 🙂🙂🙂

Jessica, do you circle the words or underline with the map pencils? Are they just like colored pencils? I love back to school sales too!!

CrazySimpleTruth with NickiDrake I underline Who, When, Where with the darker colored map pencils, I.E. Who is underlined red and I color/shade boxes over specific topics with the lighter colors, for instance Attributes is colored/ shaded a light purple.

CrazySimpleTruth with NickiDrake I have a paper guide to help me remember. When I bought the map pencils, I decided what colors I wanted to use and then gave the rest to my daughter so I wouldn’t get them mixed up or grab the wrong colors. The color coding of scripture was not how I originally started studying God’s word, but I heard a lady say she did it to help her notice how God works in patterns. After about 6 months of doing it, I totally understood what she meant. 🙌🏼

omg when you are finished with your workbook PpLEASE let me know! Im definitely going to want one! Im super excited!!! Im trying to use your system with the pictures. absolutely love it! its super cute and does help a lot! i just got more friXion pastel highlighters that erase by pilot & the friXion fineliner erase because i like how they write and erase. even though i might have to go over it with a darker pen I'm ok with that maybe it will help me retain it better!
