It's not overkill. It's more than 1 muscle in the upper arm folks. Each of those exercises focuses on a different angle. The goal is hypertrop, y not just a number...
@@joeyjojojoerson😂. The fact that he thinks 18 sets is crazy as well says all you need. Train for hours, eat clean, repeat daily. Let the sheep have a day off. The Lion is always hunting, and hungry. Meal 5 for me now.
Man don’t stop these videos! I’m tired of videos that are 15 minutes long explaining how everything works before getting to the exercise! AWSOME! BTW I did follow my first workout as you displayed yesterday for shoulders…LOVE IT! I will be doing all of them!
Time to pump up those biceps! 🔥🏋️♂️ This workout looks like a serious game-changer for arm growth. Can't wait to incorporate these exercises into my routine and see those gains roll in. Thanks for sharing this killer workout! 💪💥 #ArmDay #GainsOnFire

Too much volume bro. specially in legs and abs and plyometrics, cut your work outs down. Right down what you lift on each muscle on each workout and each week try and beat your previous reps. That’s progressive overloads that’s what will really get you looking big
@@nunashaban609 you don’t know how steroids work do you ? You have to have a good genetics too . Some people take steroids and still look bad or aren’t as strong as they want sadly , and yes while the steroids have a big effect obviously it’s the genetics that really matter in the end .
