Não será, trisets, bisets, e esses treinos cheio de brincadeiras vão lesionar ele antes e ainda vão deixar o shape dele flat. Todos os fisiculturistas mais detalhados treinavam com excessos de cargas, repetições baixas. Vão o lesionar por ele fadigar o sistema nervoso central antes de começar os outros treinos, com os bisets, mas principalmente por overuse, um termo médico usado para descrever lesões causadas por uso excessivo de uma parte do corpo. Alcançado na maioria das vezes com repetições altas e excesso de fadiga.

@@theonewhorulesthe transplanted hair will not be affected. The transplanted hair from the donor area is not affected by DHT. That’s the whole point of a transplant. The use of finasteride is to maintain the rest of the hair(the crown area, behind the transplanted hair) as most of the time the area that is transplanted is the middle to front, as this is what’s prone to loss.

We are the basically the same age but I still look up to this guy. 2023-2024 has probably been the 2nd worst year of my life and I almost gave up everything but Chris and his content really inspired me to dig deep and keep going. that vulken tricep attachment, bum is using is what added extra chisel to my tris also game changer for standing lat pull-overs. allows you to perform the exercise without the traditional grip thus taking your forearms out of the movement for isolation 🐺
