There are two things in this video that are reasons for why I didn’t like Leonard’s character: 1. He let Penny get in his head and tries to throw out all of his collectibles and things he loves not because he wants to but because of her calling him pathetic for loving them; Penny might be the one in the wrong and might have apologised, but she was right to call Leonard pathetic for the fact that he would let her manipulate him like that and for the fact that he had no backbone to stand up to her, instead he’d just do whatever it takes to impress her or make her like him. 2. Sheldon on the other hand actually handled this situation like a boss, but really the fact that Leonard wouldn’t listen to reason from his roommate and best friend is again what I hated about him that he didn’t appreciate Sheldon at times for standing up for him and doing something on his behalf, despite how annoying he is and how much he has to put up with from him.

I miss these old episodes.
