Fun fact for some people about push ups. In Japanese karate it does not matter how many push ups you can do. It matters how long you can do them for. For instance a well conditioned person can do five push ups in three minutes. By very slowly going up and down, never stopping the motion, always keeping tension and body weight active while slowly breathing. It was actually quite a impressive feat to witness in person.

I was always told to do slow pushups when I was under training. I never understood why do it slow as it hurt a lot to me back then. It's been 10 years since I left my training and now after starting to do weightloss stuff in gym I'm understanding why slow pushups were important. They do hurt but they are the best to gain strength.

@@Zz-sf5od Si te quieres ver bien, estos ejercicios para brazo están muy bien si los haces cada repeticion como si fuera la ultima. haciendo una buena tension en el musculo. Comiendo sano, y dependiendo si quieres crecer muscularmente comer mucho, o si quieres adelgazar y verte fuerte comer poco y mucho ejercicio. Pero sobre todo es que comas sano, poca azucar, productos muy procesados, etc. SUerte.

Your advices have led to the most effective exercises I have ever done (and most excruciating), but results speak for themselves. I did calisthenics and bodyweight exercises mostly, but I have found these extra tips of yours for these types of exercises to be far more effective and satisfying to me personally than any painful occasions before that in the gym. In the process I took a muscle gain plan from next level diet, and without any additional supplements needed, my muscles started to grow massively over the last three months. Thank you Ivan for all the work you have done over the years.

just do slower reps it better and you can't get that big in 4 weeks or 4 mouths without roids. do 5 seconds up 5 seconds down it called time under tension look it up.

And complete bullshit. Muscle hypertrophy does not happen that quickly no matter what you do. Be patient, have realistic goals and use a program based on progressive overload. This program will not get you there and the only thing you'll end up with is frustration.

I am doing 2 more exercise related to fat loss and body fat with this Day 1 : I could only do half the sets mentioned. My hand wasn't able to do it but my mind was so it made my hand more tired. Anyway today was a very productive day. Will do it tomorrow also!!

Только первое упражнение убивает плечевой сустав, особенно если делать его с утяжелением. Да и 4 недели - откровенный пи3деж

Ne vous laissez surtout pas décourager. Les courbatures sont désagréables, mais elles correspondent finalement à un signal positif de votre corps. La douleur indique en effet que vous avez bien travaillé et que vos muscles se renforcent ! 3 jours que je m'entraine avec votre chaine a coté , mal de chien partout mais efficace +1 abo ;)
