nikhil yadavvip I never liked the concept of pyramid sets because you can't effectively track progressive overload Instead- maintaining the same weight across all 3 sets of 10 reps is better to track progress in general Let's say you curl with 10kg dumbbells and you get 10,10,8 reps The next time you can try to get 10,10,9 or 10,10,10 reps Once you get 10,10,10 reps across all 3 sets you can bump up the weight to 12.5kg and keep trying until you get a successful 3x10 with 12.kg

Agar left se sirf 10 gae to right se 10 reps marna.... Matlab na left grow hoga na right.... Usse acha jisme reps kam gae usme cheat karke negatives se damage karo aur muscle grow karo

Keep the weight the same across all three sets and you could increase the weight by 2.5kg after you successfully get a 3x10-12 with one specific weight :)
