Rachel, my name is John. I’m a 78 y/o disabled Vietnam veteran who suffered a stroke 6 months ago and have been in a rehab hospital having to be fed through a feeding tube. I love to cook so I spend most days watching cooking channel on my iPhone. Your program is my favorite. I’m improving and hope to go home soon and plan on returning to my kitchen and cook for my wife. My stroke caused my swallowing to not work, so I have not eaten in 6 months. Keep up the Mexican dishes. I’m a Texas boy whose parents are from Mexico 🤪🤪

Lemon and lime do cook your meat, and that is why one should not use it as a marinade longer then advised. It's 1 AM right now, but this is going to be "what's for dinner" tonight. YUMM! While pregnant with my son, I craved tacos and cho. shakes all the time, so ate them that whole time... When my son was growing up and in charge of his meals during his high school days, he ate tacos for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I told him one day he needed to eat something more substantial. He asked why? Tacos have meat, bread, vegetables, cheese and milk (sour cream). Perfect meal. I could see I lost the battle, and nothing was ever said about it again. It is still his favorite meal. lol

You're like the aunt that we all wish we had to visit and cook with, but we'd want to be at your house every day and we're in Chicago, and we'd have to drive to Ohio and Texas.
