So basically, you cheated in the game, using that mod. And though cheating can enhance the fun of some games, Subnautica is not a game one should cheat in, on ones first playthrough. I have played through the game many times now, and I generally do not cheat even on my later playthroughs, because it ruins the fun of the game. Towards the end of the game, I do at times cheat, but by then I have experienced what I wanted from the game. When you have completed the game once, and the story, one could do a cheat-playthrough (or play the game in creative mode). But the grind of searching for things in Subnautica is what progresses the story, allowing you to experience the various biomes and know what to be vary of, and what you can zoom past in your seamoth. You read up on the items, you learn to use them, when to use them and so forth because you do not want to loose them due to the cost / grind of making those items. Cheating an item into the game takes away all that, the risk you take when searching for materials, and makes various encounters boring, since if you loose something you can just cheat it into the game. It is just sad, because having completed Subnautica I would love to experience it for the first time again, with all the grinding and things that happens in the game. This is why it is so important to avoid spoilers in Subnautica. And to see people just throw away the wonderful experience it is to play Subnautica for the first time, by cheating, is just sad.
