Lol. I had a guy like that. He was always so worried about this new guy I put on the crew. He was so intimidated by him. Every day, he was trying so hard to knit pick at every flaw in him. He stated to make some pretty huge mistakes. I had to get in front of it. Really quick.
It's some amazing that kids are watching this channel. Picking up how to treat people. How hard people have to work to put a roof over the family. No nonsense but can still have a joke when time is right. And things can go wrong but can be put right .
Ray is annoying but don’t get rid of him. He cares about his job and wants Ryan to like him which shows that Ray wants to be a good employee and he probably doesn’t know how to be one. He’s learning with Ryan and I think Ryan does a good job keeping him in check. Don’t get rid of Ray though, he just needs some guidance
I couldn't have the patience you have with ray. constantly blaming others and ratting, then messing up normal stuff this late into his employment. id give him the pow for real!
Or at least start docking his pay for his expensive mistakes. Sometimes hitting someone where it hurts they learn to stand up and do what they being paid for. Seems like Ray breaks something every video and blames something or someone else besides himself. I love Rae he is a good person but he is starting to be annoying. Ray eats way too slow to win your food eating contest. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I’m a retired truck driver like Pat, and I work part-time like him. What an awesome fit for your company, Ryan, to have an experienced truck driver that is willing to learn concrete work. Plus he has a great work ethic, never complains, just does his job.
Hey Ryan , I work for a rental company in Texas. We have a lot of case equipment including skid steers, which are the same as the New holland. I saw the water in fuel code in your new holland skidsteer. Those sensors are real sensitive. Make sure you drain them weekly. Also check the cooling fan weekly. The larger skidsteers seem to haveca problem with breaking fins off which will lead to a lot of vibration. We had one that loosened all the bolts up on the radiator and ac pump. It lead to a lot of problems. Next thing that is critical with a cab machine is make sure you check the cab air filter when the machine is serviced at minimum 500 hrs. A plugged cabin air filter will burn the wire harness up and void warranty.
As a truck driver one of the greatest things is when the kids pump their arms for my air horn. Watching the kids get so excited about Victory is awesome! GOOD WORK!
He is not becoming, he was "Wreck it Ray" from the begging, but with time passing it looks like he is perfecting the art of messing up each and every day ! You have to give it to him, he finds something every day !
Hes definitely a little snitch. Hes been snitching on everyone since his first week. And if he can't throw someone under the bus or cant blame someone else, he creates excuses for why he made the mistake. Working with people like that are childish and annoying.

Ray never accepts the responsibility of his actions, it's always something else, someone else, etc. etc. How does one get oil and DAY ONE mixed up? He definitely is throwing a load in Pat's direction. Pat has way more miles under his belt as a driver then Ray. Sure Pat lacks concrete experience, but he was hired as a part-time basis driver.

@@KDlGG Pat knows more about trucks then ray in so many ways 😂😂 Pat does an inspection on the trucks every morning checks oil fuel and an walk around while ray realizes it’s empty at the job site making lost time 😂

@jplester9719 he's a CDL driver he should be making 360 walk around befor he drives away anywhere. I'm a laborer at my work and are drivers do that everything and make sure everything is hooked up and safe.

I use a HINO that's just under weight so I don't need a CDL. I STILL check my lights, hubs, hub caps, hub oil levels, clean my cab out, look for loose bolts etc ... How can you operate a truck of any size and not pre trip?!
Pretty much an hour long video after I just got relaxed out of the shower is perfect. I got done work at 7:30 am. 11pm-7:30. I like relaxing watching your vids then going to sleep
Been in management for lots of years. Big Ray makes far too many mistakes to be considered safe. The small things are expensive. The other day when he left the strike off hanging off the form truck and not secure should have been a tip off that you should have taken action. While these cost nothing this time, if nothing is done about it, the next mistake could cost you the company. Daryl Sr was a serial line stepper and a mooch, Big Ray is dangerously inept.
That's absurd how do you know who left the strike off like that?? It could have been any of them..and ray doesn't drive that truck it's the responsibility of the driver to check his truck before leaving 🤔

Seeing all the comments about things slowing down. I live in Canada, I was a labourer for masonry crew, bricking in resi. The whole company got laid off in April because there are no more homes to brick. Everything got eaten up by cheap labour immigrant crews through the winter. Usually you get laid off through the winter, not at the beginning of spring.. but now I’m starting my own business so hopefully it was a blessing in disguise !
It’s everywhere, I used to work 6 months on the ships in Alaska and then 5 months construction on cruise ships on the docks of Grand Bahamas. Both places would hire overseas workers specifically Filipinos & Eastern Europeans cheap labor costs for the companies. Filipino crews would tell us they were making USD6,000-12,000 a year but it was enough for them to go back home and buy a home, car and education. The Polish & Ukrainian guys USD15,000-30,000 a year. We would be the only American crew most of the time, they stopped liking us when they heard what we Americans were being paid especially for the same labor. Yeah, it’s happening across the whole board, people & companies rather pay cheap labor and keep more profit
