@@Narny does the cozmo grab still work? I keep trying it in training but it doesn't work. The closest I've gotten is my character tracking the bot and going right next to them but not grabbing them which has only happened twice. All the other times I press y for the viscious grab, my character turns to the left and grabs nothing but air. The other times, my character faces forward and grabs but my opponent has already hit the ground. I heard a regular cozmo grab doesn't work anymore because it got patched so you can only do it off of a wall. If it still works, can you make a video about it?

i watch these videos now, over a year after the sunset of rumbleverse and i try to guess what stage of the game the videos are made in, like was this before or after they made cargo throw loopable? the late season 1 combos are easy to tell though, double roundhouse kick combos were a golden age

almost every time you said "i dodged", you didn't, or you couldn't. In all attacks for example, there is some time where you can't dodge, even when it's an attack considered able to dodge cancel out of. In cozmo shot you cant dodge on the way up or while hitting them, but after the second hit you can, but not immediately, just as an example. When you said "i dodged" at 5:38, no, you didn't, you had just deployed shield, and to dodge you have to allow a tiny bit of time to get out of it. Plus, the javelin had already started at that point which means that the first thing you do after is your response to it, which was shield up. either way it'd have been too late, as dodging doesn't instantly grant you invulnerability, only in the middle of the animation, not the beginning, not the end, although the margin IS small at the beginning, but it is there Not that it bothers me that much that you say it, but it seems like every rumble youtuber is constantly claiming "i dodged" like they're trying to blame the game when in that case it legitimately was their own skill which was the issue, and THAT does bother me, so this isn't really targeted at you personally. You're one of the best players around, Narny, owning up to mistakes won't make anyone think otherwise. blaming the game however will

If you look closely at 5.38, you can see the beginning of the dodge animation + the flash. I'm aware I sometimes say I dodged when I don't dodge as obviously heat of the moment. But for the most part I know when I've dodged. This game is not remotely bug free, and it can easily just be rollback. I understand where your frustration is coming from though.
