Bugs is one of those guys that you can never replace. He seems like he always want to put in a honest days work.

Honestly never thought i'd see the day when Daryll gets a final written warning about no showing the crew, I respect it because its very hard to run any business when your employees are not reliable. Love you Ryan and Daryll but lets do it right and get to work!

Always better when Bugs is there. Nice to see Darrell worried for a change and not taking advantage of your forgiving nature. Erik has a one-of-a-kind personality love his laugh.

I know you're happy to have Buggs back, I know you missed him, we missed him too, he may not be able to do much but he can still do some things to help out the crew and that's better than nothing.. and I'm not surprised that Darryl got his final written warning, I think he has been taking advantage of you because he knows that you're a good guy and he thinks that since you're that nice you won't let him go if he's a no call no show, which is 1 of the worst things you can do when you're working for someone, if you don't want to go to work, you HAVE to let the boss know no matter what.. after you gave him the written warning and you were talking to Eric, he looked so nervous and he should be, and it's good that you told Darryl Jr that he's not going to get paid if he doesn't work, people are getting too comfortable with you and taking your kindness for weakness, it's good seeing you being stern and letting people know that you may be nice and playful and etc but at the end of the day, you're still a boss who owns his own company and you pay them TO WORK not to sit around and sleep and do nothing.. I don’t understand I’ve never done concrete or any type of work like that but I literally can’t stop watching all your videos.

I've worked in structural concrete for 20 years now, in San Diego County, and I'm constantly impressed by the quality of work that you and the boys put out, on each and every job. You inspire others, (those of us who care & take pride in our work), to put all they have into every project, striving for perfection and treating every job as if it was being done at their grandma's house. On top of just being an all-around good person! Keep 'em coming... some of us can't get enough! Thanks for being the inspiration that you are!

In my 45 yr career as a manager and hourly employee in the printing industry, if I got caught sleeping on the job for a sec, I'd be gone in a heartbeat. I think it's so great that your girls aren't just frilly flowers that only video for Victory. The fact that you can count on them to help labor when needed is awesome. Even better is that they seem willing to pitch in before you have to ask or tell. Not surprising as they come from good hard working stock. Congrats Ryan for raising go getters! My daughter is and was one of my best employees ever. She took to the work and learned fast by watching, listening and most importantly a williness to learn. She never felt above the work and realized it's how we ate. You are raising great young adults.

Autumn is such a bright girl. I remember my father taking me to the airport hangar he was a Master mechanic aviation. I spent my life around aviation. Ended up buying hardware for aircraft. To this day 25 years later after retirement I still look at the panel track and count the rivets. She's going to be successful at anything she does because her parents have her back. 💖

A guy like Bugs is very hard to find! He is dependable, knows the job, loyal, hard working, and you know that he has your back. Hey Ryan, It’s really important to vent, it helps you work through your situations. Mental health is super important so never apologize for being real. We all experience the good with the bad and what we all don’t do enough of is talk with someone or vent it out. You have a great team and family, most people don’t even have one of those. Good to see Bugs back! You must have a heart of gold cause Ur running a charity for the 2 Darryl's. Back in the day if I made 2 mistakes as a carpenters labourer I would be looking for a new job. What I would not do to have met a Boss like you 30 some years ago. I might of started going to church to thank my lucky stars. Marcel, Francisco and Eric are really maturing. You finally have a team to have made and deserve. You truly are a master craftsman and a generous Boss. Lead by example and really humble. Hope you figure out the concrete setting up too quickly soon. With a 30K+ budget every pay period your supplier it is the least they can do for your continued support. Would you try another supplier in your area for small job to see if concrete problem is a supplier issue??

😆 Bugs, jumps right up to pull the concrete chunks off the truck at the yard. I know it was rough having to give Darryl written notice. It's absolutely insane to me that just 2 weeks ago, they were all surprised on a Friday to free breakfast, free lake day, free lunch. And cash bonuses. And then guys are calling off and no-call/no-show. Absolutely mind-boggling!

Just started watching you videos. Great content. I tested concrete for 4 years in the early 2000’s. I’ve ran 1000’s of slump, air and cylinder test.
