Big Fight: Big Trouble in the Atlantic Ocean 2 player Netplay arcade game 

So a bear and a leather daddy team up with an S&M queen, an Egyptian pharaoh, and a kabuki actor, all to defeat a masked clown and sink a cruise liner pirate ship? ...ok, Japan.

the interesting thing about this beat em up which separates it from the others in this genre (and is not shown in this video since they use the same two characters from start to finish) is the fact you can select the bosses you beat from each level to play as when you move through the main mission mode and recruit them, as opposed to every other beat em up where you only have a selection of the 2 to 4 main characters. There's also a 1p vs 2p mode that acts like a fighting game.

Surprised the comments aren't talking about how much of a buggy mess this is. This game has taken HUGE inspiration from final fight. Honestly, it could be considered a clone. Heck, even the big character's name is Gear as in Mad Gear from Final Fight. Even one of the enemies you fight is named Bread...

As a kid I went to the arcades a lot but I’ve never come across this game
