Need something easy to prepare and filling? Take a look at this Big Mac Salad! It's also very adjustable to your macros and has tons of flavor. There's just too many things you could do to it or just leave it as is for only 200 calories!
Ingredients:
112g 96/4 ground beef patty
50g spinach
28g fat free shredded cheddar cheese
18g fat free thousand island
Macros:
4g fat
10g carbs
31g protein
200 calories!!!
Adjustments:
Need more carbs? Add in some croutons or even use bread to make a sandwich! Wonton or tortilla crisps are great too.
Need more fats? Slivered nuts would taste great with this or use full fat thousand island. Also, using cheese that has fat in it would help here.
Need more protein? Add in another patty! Or half of one! Use more fat free cheese of your choice.
Need more volume? Add more salad! Spinach or lettuce are best with this recipe but definitely choose the green leafy veggie you like best!
