First off he says he's a coach. I wouldn't want him as my coach if he saying to weigh the peel and then weigh it again after you eat it. That's unnecessary work, and if you're afraid to get your scale dirty just put the banana on a plate, but weigh the plate out then zero the plate then add the peeled banana to the plate.

Interesting. MyFitnessPal is so much better now. Most foods are already recorded. You only have to know how to spell and type and you are done! Even has the data for most menu items at major restaurants.
How little casein powder can you use and still get the fluffy, stiff texture? If using less casein will it take more time whipping or will it just not fluff as well?
"Going to be just as airy as stiffed egg whites, except it's gonna have a ton of protein" Egg whites is 100% protein, hehe. Great video, just made this with xanthan gum and strawberry casein.
Good video, but why not place a piece of plastic wrap or paper towel on the scale - zero it, peel your banana and weight it - seems like more work weighing the peel and subtracting, when it can be done in one step. You can even zero out plates, bowls any container by placing it on first. I love Myfitnesspal, lost many pounds, knees are feeling better, lots more energy - and yes it is work getting all your meals in there, favorites, etc., but when it is done - live is easy.
