@@Akumakashi I have no idea what you're talking about, I was talking about how the Big King is constructed and I didn't even say that McDonald's or the Big Mac is good (apart from the cheeseburger and the double cheeseburger, which I think are "halfway good")🤔 everything at McDonald's is rubbish, otherwise nothing in the shop is of any use to me.🤷🏻
@@DonCashcobar Im aware. Im just saying the comparison is laughable. Comparing the Bigmac with any other burger is the same as comparing Subway tuna with fresh tuna (exaggerated). Bigmac is one of their worst items.
They had the Big King in America a few times. They were slightly different every time it released. Sometimes, it was the Big Mac clone like you see here, but other times, it was like a Whopper, but dressed up with the Big Mac ingredients (special sauce, lettuce, onion, pickle, cheese)
Here in Germany the second Big King you described is a stable item at BK for as long as I can think. We also have the quite famous Big King XXL. Which is, quite obvious, just a supersized version of it. I‘ve never seen one with a middle bun to replicate the Big Mac in looks too till this vid.
I'm fairly new to the channel and having binged on a few vids I need to say that Ben has a way of sneaking up behind a burger for the initial bite that reminds me of the way gangsters garrotte victims in mafia films 😂
“King” burgers in the US are usually Whopper patties and usually doubles as well. They current only have the “Bacon King” one, which is their answer to a Wendy’s Baconator, but have had other limited time special “King” burgers.
Wow, that’s so good to know Ben about the small BK patties being so tasty, and the sauce complimenting it! Where as Big Mac is sauce driven! Thank you for choosing the OG Big Mac for all your life! Since we don’t have King Burger here Aotearoa New Zealand BIG MAC is the winner🎉
Thats looks really weird to me, In Sweden we also have Big King and Big King XL and on both those burgers both beef patties are on lower deck with a cheese slice in between and lettuce, onion and pickle on top with special sauce/mayo, It don't look even close to a Big Mac at all, employee might built the BK burger wrong or something.
I think they changed it in some countries a few years ago, in Germany it doesn't have a middle piece and is as you described, but in Portugal it also has the extra bread.
hey bendeen, i was wondering if you could maybe do more cooking videos, kinda like you showing the way you cooked ramyun. i would love to see you cook foods you would normally eat or traditional Korean dishes. i think it'd be a fun idea
I always hear ppl say Mcd's coke taste better, and that's most likely because they use a higher syrup to soda water ratio. For those who don't know there's pipes running into machine, one pipe dispenses syrup and another dispenses soda water and all that mixes together as it dispenses into the final product, into the cup.
They used to do The Big King XXL in the UK, which was basically the same but with 2 quarter pounders, more cheese and no middle bun, it was their best burger and they stopped selling it
Hi BenDeen idk if you're reading this, but I'd LOVE to see you eat a carolina reaper, or a ghost pepper or any of the really spicy peppers! It would be so entertaining. I think you have a high spice tolerance, things you put at 3-4 I put at 7+ on the heat scale. Please consider this although I know it's spooky. Love your content!
Hey Ben get this: in Australia it’s called the Big Jack 😂 (because Burger King is called Hungry Jacks here). Mac and Jack 😂 I thought it wasn’t legal either
I just came back from Burger King and never really go there for some reason. The fries are always lacking seasoning at my local one. Shame because other than that is banging.
@@DARKINBLADE. okay, but they don't want to restrict other customers, there's a saying: "only those who speak can be helped" because a lot of people don't like salted fries and that's why it's an individual thing, so it's better if everyone salts their own fries before people complain, every country has its own preferences, if people have their own ideas about not wanting to say what they want, it's their private problem, es kommt auf das Land an.🤷🏻
El Ray Grandé 👑 every country that has North American franchises like BK or McDonald's legally can have their own unique menus with different names and versions as long as they have 60% of the Regular North American menus. It's Marketing with in their own corporations
For some reason BK changed their fries here in Spain like 10 years ago. The old ones were amazing much better than Macas, but the new ones I never managed to stand them. Onion rings over them every day of the week. Also fun fact, I never even tried the Big King and I have always been a big fan of the Big Mac. Didn't even know it was a copy lmao
I'm pretty sure hungry jacks in Australia invented and now Spain has copied it. The reason I think hungry jacks/Australia invented it is because the Big Mac vs the Big Jack sounds way better and would be too much of a coincidence if it were the other way around.
