Check out PFC Brakes guys. These things are unreal and I'm having a great time prototyping mounts and customizing the rotor hats to have the first Dodge Viper with these babies!

I don't recall if you mentioned it, but the bolts you are using to mount the calipers to your brackets, I'd make sure they are good grade 8 bolts. That's an awful lot of stress in tension on that bottom caliper bolt (basically the full weight of the car x longitudinal G's pulled in deceleration) without the benefit of caliper-to-mount friction that you would get were it to be mounted in shear like conventional calipers.

Good idea for making your test mount bracket. In leu of fancy CAD programs there is always the old school cut and weld until its right method.

@@CaseyPutsch I didn’t realize how much I liked your videos of you just working on a car and explaining what you’re doing, interspersed with the synthwave/vaporwave Timelapse footage, until this vid. I’ve liked all of your stuff but this format is what made me fall in love with the channel in the first place.
