Beautiful fit ups. For people that have never messed with fabrication, it's hard to understand how many small things can easily go wrong to prevent the final product from looking so good. Looks awesome.
Excellent work as always Alex! Always love seeing the DSM content on the channel! I wish I had questions, but you do such a good job of explaining things, I'm left without haha. Thanks for the videos!
Thank you for your kind words and continued support. DSM/4G63 manifolds are a fun, welcome project here. I do my best to explain things to provide an easy path to connect the dots so these concepts make sense and can be applied on everyone's projects. It does the world no good if people keep all of their knowledge to themselves.
Thank you for your kind words and continued support. I'm glad my explanation made sense, as it's the most important considerations to make early in the manifold build process.
Still have to make a nice collector jig. But till now I always made one of’s so never made the same angles. But this winter want to make my own line of Honda manifolds so will have to start. Just bought a band saw. Just need to find a belt sander
@@lexeg1 The collector fixture I show in this video is a cheap, quick, and easy option. Look for a 6" x 48" belt/disk sander combination. There are a multitude of options in that size, and it will get you quite far.
