Join the crew as we continue to move forward on the biggest concrete job of the year so far. The weather is great for concrete and we are making great progress! Enjoy
I can't lie, I'm sort of addicted to these videos. Somehow every other morning I find myself refreshing constantly to see the video. I don't know if it's just me, but I enjoy these videos a ton. Always ready to see the progress and what shenanigans Eaze E is into. Great Work!
@@Alvah707 yea same here lol. The guy that tipped him must have been the owner of the place and if he does that with the truck drivers it will keep them dumping there instead of somewhere else. Gotta spend money to make money. Automotive shops will tip tow truck drivers so they’ll tell people about the shop when they pickup dead vehicles.
It's Ryan's personality that makes the video's.....seriously who else can make concrete exciting......seriously! He's that friend you always wanted and that Dad you wished you had!
I suspect Ray is used to not leaving until everyone is leaving. He seems 'uncomfortable' going home and leaving you at the job. 🙂 Truly, he's a keeper. In fact this year, you have a wonderful team. And I love hearing Eric laugh. He's so quick with a giggle...and it breaks the tension many times. Thanks for making these videos. I'm never going to "do concrete". But I am certainly enjoying learning about the work. (and I'm hooked on the stamps!)
@@Wizardi1111 He pays all his employees for a full days worth of work even if they leave early, but i guess if they're overtime then yea working more hours would get them more money
Jeez that's funny. Ray forgot the gravel. I would have the same anxiety, I can understand why Ray wasn't on his A game today. - There's always something.
I am a 75 year old widow. I really enjoy watching your videos. I feel like I am part of the Victory Outdoors family. I love the fact that you are a Christian too.
I am from Germany and work a lot with concrete myself, and in comparison, your work seems much easier. We have a lot of regulations and guidelines that must be followed before we can even start working. It's nice to see how your projects are progressing, and honestly, they look really good. I stumbled upon your channel by chance and now watch your videos every day :D
Out of 2 years of watching your videos. I cannot recall having one of your employees say did not want to go home. Like Ray said in this video. Keep them coming and I'll keep a watching them
Tino being late needs to just be like the thing for videos. Just keep joshing him every time about it like you already do. But he also needs to start being on time.
I have to admit that I’m addicted to your videos Ryan. I’m semi- retired now and look forward to a video with coffee each morning. Great crew and awesome work. You and your crew do great work and the pride and care you take shows. Thank you to you and your guys for sharing with us. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I never did concrete before in my life I own a body and paint shop but for some reason I come lookin for these videos every morning . Keep up the good work Ryan WE ARE ADDICTED
Well Ray is a stand up guy! Accepting the tip ate him up until he was able to get it off his chest. Also not wanting to leave early. You have some fantastic content and attraction for this channel. I love seeing the transformation and end result. It’s a job that is rewarding. Great job Ryan and crew!
this customer is going for "Customer of the year" isn't he? garage all setup for best mom monday, and everything in last video and watermelon this video. its good to see the boys working so well together. i remember last year was a bunch of yelling a screaming between certian members. everyone this year is just Chill. keep up the good work
Ryan that whole tip thing with Ray honestly just made me think of you even more as a good man he was really excited and you're a good dude for doing that man thats so cool
This type of concrete patio is the dream. So much room for activities. Big family BBQ. They can even build a structure to give some sun shade. Room for projects.
Super impressed with rays attitude to work and learning new skills, takes all criticism on board listens and learns thats all you can ask of a person, hoping he sticks around for a while 🤝
Awesome job Ryan bugs Eric Tito Ray awesome job you guys we’re good as a team I like how Ray washes everything before he leaves and he cleans everything before he leaves he make sure everything is clean before he starts using the dump truck they start getting rid of everything else victory style victory number one
I just don’t understand how a person can be late every day…Come’on Tino, you got a great full time job, show some appreciation by getting to work on time.
With your new property you can stock pile all this gravel and dirt your taking out. Save money from dumping and more or less getting free gravel for the next project as well as free fill for grading that property and building pads. I know it'll take a lot more fill than what your gonna scab up but still every little bit counts. Could even stock pile concrete you're taking out and eventually have it crushed to use as sub grade. All that extra space could really help save/make a lot extra
You do understand that if he's removing that dirt and put gravel instead even for walkways then it'll be just dumb to put this dirt under building foundations on a new property?
Y’all’s RU-vid is completely different than all the other concrete guys on here. So many different personalities working together, entertaining and educational. You guys are special
1 pour I remember was a 3rd floor pumped to wheel barrows, and that floor was over metal pan with 6" wire + ramping over cutoffs. We had a betting pool. $1 per man - per truck to payout who got the last load per truck. If you spilled even part of your load, you were out. 10 trucks, 7 men, $1 per man-per truck. 1/5th yard wheelbarrows, FULL. That equates to 50 wheelbarrow loads per truck x 10 trucks, so you had approx. 7 loads per man to NOT spill per truck, to have a chance at winning $6 per truck. If you spilled your load, you went to the front of the line for the next truck. The last truck depended on how far the pump could reach to make the last wheelbarrow.
I’m also addicted to these videos, I’m an Australian and have a week away in Sydney I live in Victoria an hour drive from Melb, so I’m catching up on videos I’ve missed. Love your work.
Im in the uk, ive done what we call here groundworks, pouring footings, house floor pours, drainage, deep drainage, road building and landscaping, now im a hgv driver, artic or semi as u guys call it, great seeing this side of concrete, dont see alot of it where i am so its always interesting seeing how you fellas work, good job!!
Not sure why im watching people pure concrete but its truly a art forum. Also you seem like a great boss and care for your guys i can see it in their smiles amazing what a difference that makes working a job where you feel cared for .
Ryan as a finisher for both concrete (Bull float) and paving (Fine rake and roller) I can honestly say you have the patience of a god when it comes to workers being late, it makes me twitch and grind my teeth when people no show or are late. You should write a book on excuses, I bet that would sell real well.
@@ShrimpBruhh well if he did his job properly and stop calling franny an idiot and having a meltdown on his live then I wouldn't be hating on the guy...
Ryan, you can meal plan your breakfast on the weekend and heat it at the coffee shop or get a microwave at the yard. Also you can buy scrambled eggs and sausage patties at Mc Donald’s if there’s one close.
So I'm 25 and have been concreting since I was 16, ive been watching your concreting videos for awhile.. I've recently become Supervisor at my job and now your videos hit different, keen it up mate
Ryan have you thought about bringing the food you need for the day instead of relying on the gas station. I know it takes extra time and effort. I understand as a business owner myself that extra time and effort can be really difficult. But trust me if you commit to making your lunch you will be so much happier in the long run.
Big Ray doing a great job, just slow down a bit when driving ,take from a UPS driver ,never stop too close too a car that is called a "space cushion" .
I’ve seen a few other concrete channels and this one is hands down the best one man. Workers coming and going projects getting intense yet hilarious, and we get to see Eric evolve into a blimp 😂😂😂😂 j/k. Keep up the awesome adventures guys
Ryan, I would have a hard time working for you for only one reason! I would live in fear of that early morning phone call wondering where I'm at. LOL. That would cause me to be 15-20 minutes early every day! As a now retired airline pilot, I lived in that fear of oversleeping and getting a phone call from Crew Scheduling. YIKES. Love the videos and your wonderful leadership with those great guys who work for you.
I would recommend going to the grocery store over quick trip. Sometimes gas station food can be full of salt. If your having a hard time pooping I recommend more fiber. The best breakfast would be fruits and veggies since your on a diet. With the kind of work you do you could load up on bread in the mornings. So if get some 0 sugar maple syrup and make pancakes or French toast with fruit. Or omelette with veggies would work too
Tino, any time a student of mine was consistently a couple minutes late for class, I’d tell him/her that’s proof you can be on time. 🤔 Set your alarm five minutes earlier than normal and change nothing else from your morning routine. You will be arriving a few minutes early now! It’s so easy to solve that issue… 🏍🇺🇸🎒
Had to tell you this Ryan if u read this.. I had recently went through some things with someone. Wasn't getting the same dedication as I was to her. Recently moved on and met someone named vic through uber. Picked her up had great conversations and still are. Thought her name was just vic.. come to find out her name is Victorie.. gave me chills cuz you have been such a great impact in my life since I started watching your channel.. had to share this.😢
I work in television and idk why I’ve been watching your channel for at least a year and a half maybe 2. You are pretty good at putting together your videos. I don’t watch tv shows I work on. But I watch your channel. If you ever want to take this on the road and have a legit production I’m your guy!
When i saw ray swing that hammer near the window when they were breaking the front walkway! Ryan, Eric, bugs, tino, ray..All stand up and hard working men.
Ryan please come to my house and do my driveway, backyard stamp by the pool. We live in beautiful El Dorado County and 1hr 15min from Beautiful Lake Tahoe. I'm dreaming . Great videos and great crew.
