Doing recon on the big south fork and you are the only source I've found for videos on this section. so I'm truly grateful. I'll be staying on the south fork between somerset and kino. so thank you very much. beautiful video. Ill be in a 17' smokercraft with my dog. looking forward to it.

I really enjoyed this video (I’ve watched it twice)! I’m familiar with the Big South Fork area but I haven’t been on the river much. It’s been a few years since I’ve had my canoe out so I’m going to get it out and make this voyage this year. Thanks for posting

Thank U Calvin! It would have been the boat ramp on the Big South Fork just up river from the confluence of the Little South Fork. The water as u can see was super high and dead calm. Many many years earlier I did the same trip and the water was low....the cliffs up the Little South Fork were very cool. Thanks also for dropping by! 👍
Hello Ben. I put in at the Fanny Hollow boat ramp, had to paddle up stream for just a bit, it was about this time of year I took that trip, I hope u enjoy it as much as I did :)
