In this video I give my experience with these tires. I'm not hating on these tires at all, they are awesome!! These are just some things you should know before you buy them.
Many don't understand that when they design these trucks they are designed to work well with what is on them new ! Are things going to break ? Sure ! but not everything . If you want Bigger , better , faster , then pay the extra and get a vehicle designed for the parts it comes with .

This is an old video. I've totally upgraded this entire drivetrain with M2C upgrades. Now it's bulletproof!! Just super heavy compared to stock. The pinion gears also help with controlling motor and esc temps. Thanks for the comment!!
Whooooah sh1t! I just put these EXACT same tyres on my Arrma Big Rock Crew Cab 3s ! Now im major freakin out and buying all sorts of shock upgrades etc. I have the expensive after market shocks though, so hopefully be ok 👍
I like the stock tires enough but I really wanted Kaijus on there to make it an off road beast. They are just too big and IDK how others are getting away with it. From a standstill just throttling it the ESC wants to ride the edge of cutoff until it finally hits it a couple minutes later. I can ride around for maybe 30 minutes easy with the stock tires. With Kaijus the ESC cuts out after about a minute. I'm not even trying to bash it, just ride it around exploring FPV.
You really have to upgrade the entire drivetrain to run big tires without doing damage, and also the motor and esc as you stated.Which is great if you want to do that, I've done allot of upgrades since that video a year ago and I still run stock tires with no problems.
@@slowerlowerrc yeah that's definitely the impression I got so I don't know how some guys get away with using those tires all stock unless they are just ripping over really easy surfaces. I have actually really like the stock Ragnarok tires because they can balance fairly well and they seem all right for all surfaces.
