@@CaptainVincentRusso That is so great. I was turned on to your videos years ago and purchased a filet knife that I still use. I have tried but am still not even remotely competent at cleaning reds the way you do it. My mother taught me at a young age the same thing you always say: "If you are going to do it, do it right," although she would add "the first time" at the end. I am so glad to see you posting again.
