Are there any cleaning tables near Fisherman's Landing? It's a long drive back to Sacramento and I'd like to process my own fish before driving back next time I'm down there.
@@bdoutdoorsdotcom-m4p They are way too pricey. Last time our deckhands were able to filet them and we just took them home to finish the processing. It was reasonable but I was hoping to find somewhere we could process our own before heading home.
Only beef with the serrated knife is sharpening. I burn through filet knives faster than the average guy because I keep them laser sharp - sometimes after a single cut. Knives are cheap, fingers and hands and staples and stitches, not so much. Mangled meat on the fish or yourself = tears.
