A combo of the German guys long winded question and referencing the birth of one of the most popular motorsport memes. Bravo you win internet for today
Despite knowing from the title beforehand which category features in this compilation, hearing ''Perez leads'' at the beginning still sounded weird at first & the same with ''Palmer into the lead''. Gasly took some notes from Grosjean, who similarly caused Ricciardo to rear-end him towards the chicane three years earlier. I also noticed the Armco getting partly disjointed by the impact force. Corner-cutting was a clumsy attempt to save himself from arriving too fast to make the corner, though. Race engineers clearly forgot to remind ''no heroics into Sainte Devote please, we want to get out in one piece'' before the 2012 sprint & especially the 2023 feature race formation lap. Edit: I'm back for the Magnussen-Perez-Hulkenberg collision.
The 2 crashes at Monaco that I saw the most is the 2013 feature race, which was formally known as GP2, that I used to watch since the mid 2000's, and Sean Gelael's crash during the sprint race in 2018. Johnny Cecotto made a mistake at turn 1 in front of everyone else, and nobody could avoid him and got piled in. And Sean Gelael hit the curb and crashed hard into the wall on his own with no one else involved with him during the sprint race.
i miss it when GP2/F2 cars looked just like F1 cars. you could put an F1 car from 2006 and a GP2 car from the same era, paint them white, and the GP2 car would just look like an F1 car but simpler.
