They're really different type of artists. BIG told entertaining stories. Pac was more biographical with his story telling, straight drama. BIG told stories like entertaining movies, had dry dark humor in the story, had irony. In "N*ggas Bleed" he does character development in the second verse, telling all about "Arizona Ron" just so you know the mentality of the character in the 3rd verse during the actual heist.

Big was the better story teller, but Pac had deeper content and was more impactful. Nas is like a perfect blend of both story telling and impact. There are other great story tellers like Slick Rick and Ice Cube. I think Cube is underrated as one of the best story tellers.

Ghost, Nas, Big, Face, Slick Rick Order aside, I feel like that’s the consensus top 5 storytellers (you could put Cube up here too). All these dudes got at least 1 song that’s consensus rap storytelling canon. There are others this applies to but I feel like these guys are the most consistent.

Hard to say but this made tupac better, I felt tupac storytelling either if it was rage or sadness. Biggie made me say oh wow, but not like i really connected to it. The tech of Biggie was dope. Underated song for Tupac with this was Teardrops and Closed Caskets

@@nwjerz The topic was who is the better storyteller, not who gave the better interview... Sigh 😕. Ya'll Tupac stans kill me. Anybody who thinks Big was better is "biased". Tupac had more charisma, was more politically enlightened, had a better work ethic (thus the way bigger catalog in similar time frame), and was a DAMN GOOD actor (should have on an award for Juice). However, lyrically was not in the same stratosphere as Big!!! Tupac was, at best, a slightly above average lyricist but you'll, once again, allow your bias to cloud your judgment...
